Today, one day after Kosovos unilateral declaration of independence, the United States and the major European countries rushed to recognize Kosovos independence. George Bush hailed Kosovos bold and historic bid for statehood. Five years ago, Mr Bush invaded Iraq and began operation Iraqi freedom. He toppled Saddam Hussein in order to get rid of a rogue regime, one of the members of the axis of evil. Five years later, Mr Bush is saddling Europe with a new rogue state.
Surely, Mr Bush knows that al-Qaeda fighters were involved in driving the Serbs from Kosovo in the late 1990s. The Jerusalem Post reported in 1998 that the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) was provided with financial and military support from Islamic countries, and had been bolstered by hundreds of Iranian fighters or mujahedin [some of whom] were trained in Osama bin Ladens terrorist camps in Afghanistan. There is more proof of involvement of the KLA of the (then and current) Kosovar leader Hashim Thaçi, nicknamed the Snake, with al-Qaeda than there was of the Iraqi Baath regime of the late Saddam Hussein.

Abraham Lincoln was fond of asking the rhetorical question:
“If you call a tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have?
Five?
No, calling a tail a leg don’t make it a leg.”
I will be looking forward to saluting Villaragosa when he becomes El Presedente of Razafornia.
I don’t quite get the title. I assume it is a play off of Nixon’s “we are all Keynesians now,” but shouldn’t it be
“we are all Kosovars now?”
(Bush feels powerless to reverse the policy put into action by Clinton...the claim seems ridiculous although I’ll admit I don’t know who all has lobbied for Kosovar recognition.)
No, not at all. The article makes the point that eith "Kosovo Independence" all of us non-Muslims are in the same shape that the Serbs are -- frustrated with our own governments inability to deal with drug-dealing, sex-slaving Islamists on our doorstep and unable to do anything about it without being slapped down and called bigots.
More accurately, “independent Kosovo” will be another pre-9/12/2001 Afghanistan—a failed state that allows terrorists free rein. And this will not just affect Europe, but America as well. Of course, Kosovo is also a precedent for other minority takeover movements, such as “Aztlan”.
Another factor in why Bush and company (as well as the Democrats) want “independent Kosovo” is Camp Bondsteel.
I hope that Serbia and Russia, by the help of God, can find a way to end this nightmare, or that “independent Kosovo” might just implode on its own. Pray for the Serbian people of Kosovo. Lord have mercy!
The reconquistas will use Kosovo as “exhibit A” when they push for the independence of “Aztlan.”
Wouldn't you, we are the great satan after all.
Palestinians should follow Kosovo example: negotiator
and their students, for decades.
I keep hearing the “reasoning” used for recognition that Kosovo is “unique” and that’s why it should be independent. But there is never any explation as to how Kosovo is unique.
Can someone please explain to me in what way is Kosovo so unique? The way I see it, and I have followed the situation in the Balkans for many years, there is not an ounce of uniqueness in Kosovo. Someone??
What is that?
Camp Bondsteel is that HUMUNGOUS US military base in Kosovo. Besides its strategic location, thw word is that Bondsteel is used similarly to Gunatanamo to warehouse prisoners awaiting a dubious trial date.
If that is in fact true, I hope that at least the prisoners are muslim terror suspects, NOT Orthodox Christian (i.e., Serbian, Macedonian) “war crimes suspects” (anti-jihad warriors, really).
As far as I am concerned, Bondsteel should be given to the Serbs, alng with the rest of Kosovo. If the Serbs want to use it as a military base, that is fine with me. if they want to develop it as housing and industry for Kosovo Serbs, or to tear tbe whole thing down and build the world’s largest Orthodox church, that’s fine with me, too.
By the way, some GIs who have been stationed at Bondsteel, but get to go out and mix with the population, have reported after their discharge that the Kosovo Albanians whom they have dealt with are violent, primitive savages—not the “cute” seekers of freedom and democracy portrayed by the globalist media. So at least some of our troops on the ground know the real truth, unlike the dhimmified Blue State population around here or in some of our political and religious organizations (such as the ELCA).
Who knows what Bush is thinking these days.
Note my tagline.
Well, Jane, judging from the totally Dhimmwit “human rightser” editorials in our loal metropolitan daily, Kosovo is “unique” because the “Kosovars” have been “victims of gross atrocities” and “ethnic cleansing”. Therefore, Serbia alledgedly has no right to continue to rule Kosovo, and it should be indepdendent. But that allegedly does not apply to other cases, where there have been no “gross atrocities” against a “majority population”.
Of course, as we all know, that is just a CROCK!!!! muslims in particular, and some others, are very good at crying “Victim” when it is mainly they who are at fault, and getting away with it. This could apply just as well to Chechnya and “Palestine” as to Kosovo. The worldwide Umma knows it, even if the dumb-dumb dupes of the Dhimmwit editorialists do not.
Azatlan is next..well why not?
Americans are terrorizing Mexicans, and they are the majority in many places...so why not form their own republic..of course they would respect the rights of Anglos...!!!!
Most distressing.
BUMP to that post.
ouch!!!.......truth hurts
You definitely don't want to look at the latest issue of The Lutheran without having downed at least a couple of shots--unless you want your blood pressure to spike 50 points.
Basically a call for open borders, dismantling of nations, and equating Jesus with a political radical.
The Sixties live again.
Damn.
