You definitely don't want to look at the latest issue of The Lutheran without having downed at least a couple of shots--unless you want your blood pressure to spike 50 points.
Basically a call for open borders, dismantling of nations, and equating Jesus with a political radical.
The Sixties live again.
Damn.
I have not received my issue of “The Lutheran” yet—it’s always late coming here. I blew off reading most of the last issue—I might do the same with this one. Or I might read it after Meatfare Sunday lunch (with some slivo and wine) at our Serbian congregation. That’s the Last Judgment Sunday, too—quite appropriate for dealing with this globalist poison.
Anyone who has heard the Holy Week Gospel, year in and year out, knowns that the political radical in that story was Barabbas, not Jesus. If the ELCA leaders think they can fool the faithful on this, they must be counting on a great deal of Biblical and liturgical illiteracy, or just plain Dummheit!
And this is not really a replay of the 1960s, since globalism was not possible before the end of the Cold War and the rise of the Internet. The ELCA mis-leaders must want a rebirth of clintonism, or hope that Obama will make for something even worse.
Please say a prayer for the suffering Christian people of Kosovo and Metohija at your liturgy this Sunday, and on subsequent Sundays. Kosovo is Serbia!!!!
