One foreign flag involved. My bro (Old Sea Captain) says they don’t like the rules of the road.

NEWARK, N.J. - Investigators were trying to determine what caused three vessels to collide in Newark Bay Thursday
afternoon.

No injuries were reported, but the bay was closed indefinitely after the crash occurred just before 2 p.m., the Coast Guard said.

The ships involved were a 669-foot vessel that collided with two dredging vessels off Port Newark.

The collision left a light hydraulic sheen in the water, but it wasn’t immediately clear what the substance was, officials said.

3 is an odd number.

And in this case 3 is also a crowd.

The collision left a light hydraulic sheen in the water

What the hell is a "light hydraulic sheen"?!

I'm guessing the reporter is talking about some sort of fuel slick.

Yes it is odd, in that there is only one-two and one is also prime...of course if there were two-two’s then they would be four (or a ballet dancer) and therefore not prime.

What’s truly odd is the guy who tried out all the other even numbers to make sure that was true.
