I don’t support Mitt in any way shape or form. But DeRoy makes Sean Hannity seem like a novice when it comes to kneepadding for Rudy.

Yesteryear's Romney backed the federal assault-weapons ban and the Brady Bill. "That's not going to make me the hero of the NRA," Romney said in 1994. However, he added: "I don't line up with the NRA."
Today's Romney signed Americans for Tax Reform's Taxpayer Protection Pledge and said on Feb. 7 that it was "absolutely critical" to "make the tax cuts permanent," referring to President Bush's 2001 and 2003 tax reductions.
But yesteryear's Romney smiled more on taxes.
In an April 2003 meeting with the Massachusetts congressional delegation in Washington, Romney failed to endorse President Bush's $726 billion tax-cut proposal. Are we to suppose that Romney's abortion conversion changed his mind on guns and taxes?

Exactly. What’s worse is the Mitt supporters claim “it was a long time ago” at 13 years, and “can’t you find anything more concrete than” using his own words and writings, and “can’t anyone ever change their mind” when it seems he changed his entire political disposition.

The NRA must be going crazy right about now. I thought Hunter’s endorsement would bag the NRA endorsement for Huckabee.
But then again, they did say they wanted a viable candidate. Maybe they will end up endorsing no one this time around.

Romney, like Reagan and Zell Miller before him, changed his mind on abortion and should be applauded, not criticized, for doing so. Romney, like Reagan and Zell Miller, has amply explained his reasons for his change of heart. I applaud him.

You do realize that Deroy Murdock is a Giuliani supporter, right? So anything he says about anyone should automatically come with a Barf Alert.
To: Ol' Sparky
Romney is either a rock-ribbed conservative who played a Rockefeller Republican to get elected in Massachusetts, or a limousine liberal portraying a conservative to win the 2008 GOP nomination. File under "false choice."
Interesting that this comes from Murdock, who is gay himself.

Romney was for abortion, before he was against it.
Romney was for gun control, before he joined the NRA in 2007.
Romney was for comprehensive immigration reform, before he was against it.
Romney was for gay rights, before he was against it.
Romney has no conviction. He's a phony.

Romney is like Reagan: an actor President Reagan was quite clear when he said he was not an actor and he said he had 30 movies to prove it.

You should have no problem reaching your goal with the daily anti-Mitt stories coming out of the MSM. Then it is on to the MSM anti-Romney platinum medal.

Barney Frank!
THERE’S a credible source to believe.
We all know that Barney would NEVER tell a fib about a what a Republican supposedly said in a meeting, don’t we?
And just for added measure, didn’t the NRA endorse and support Mitt Romney, and give him a rating of B+ on his gun-rights positions??
