Today is the day.
You are of correct. Well said.
McCain will be 72 this spring.
Human years? 71.
I have no idea what that number would be in jackass years.
OH MY GOSH!!! LOL!!!
Well, I was just talking to someone here who said that Fred would not be in play at a brokered convention. Apparently it would be all about Wall Street and who has the biggest $$$. I do not understand how a brokered convention would work. I’d like Fred to stay in IF he has a chance there.
Fred moves into third!
Willard into fourth!
33 - McCain
29 - Huckabee
16 - Thompson
15 - Romney
4 - Giuliani
2 - Paul

Just talked to my wife (solid conservative in Texas). I mentioned that Thompson is coming in third in SC and she responds, “Who is Thompson?”
She knows of Huck, Giuliani, Romney and McCain...
Talk about a shill...Saigon Candidate.
Old, sick, mean and crazy. Wonderful.
Florida is winner take all, I think.
And as I’ve just learned it is not an open primary.
Huck filled the vacuum Fred left him
Fair enough, but FWIW I've been voting at the same precint for 27 years. ;)
I hope he’s not getting paid, because I’m not.
Finally someone I can agree with.
McCain can be thought of as a Scoop Jackson Democrat, in the same category as Joe Lieberman. Maybe conservatives wouldn’t be so angry with him if he didn’t pretend to be conservative on domestic issues, which insults our intelligence.
And in a time of war, it’s a fair trade to elect someone who would be a solid Commander in Chief, even if he is wrong on domestic issues. (But I still worry a lot over who McCain would nominate to the Supreme Court.)
50% reporting
McCain 73,771 34% 0
Huckabee 64,376 29% 0
Thompson 35,611 16% 0
Romney 32,881 15% 0
Paul 8,260 4% 0
Giuliani 4,388 2% 0
Hunter 507 0% 0
Huckster won't go away, he is in this as McCain's stalking horse to siphon votes away from all the others. He is campaigning to be McCain's VP.
Ditto that!
I couldn’t agree more!

Those 4 are but then comes Guiliani...
Here is an interesting guide to the primaries and caucus process. If you click on a highlighted state, you will get more info about the primary.

Well, if you hadn’t said something, I wouldn’t have asked. I was looking around for a name on the blog and all I saw was “bunky” and Collins. Didn’t know it was yours.
I believe that was Gen. McAuliffe with the 101st in Bastogne...
Although it *does* describe most Minnesotans' politcal views accurately.
Cheers!
