EXCLUSIVE: A clash of cultures between Asian and eastern European youths is leading to increasing tension and violence on Yorkshire's streets, it is claimed. Some young Britons of Asian descent are now leading a campaign of intimidation against the new economic migrants from eastern Europe, whom they claim are taking their jobs.
The situation has become so bad in cities like Bradford that a leading social think-tank has begun research into how to get the two sides working together.
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation has commissioned Bradford-based organisation QED to identify the causes of tensions between the two groups and improve cultural understanding and communication between them.
In the introduction to the project it states: "The newly-arrived central and eastern European migrants have settled within five of Bradford's most deprived communities, which have high percentages of 'settled' ethnic minorities.
"There are problems of local cultures clashing and major misunderstandings of each other's backgrounds and ways of living."

"They suffered racism and other hard times but these Polish people are causing mayhem on the streets, illegal driving, drugs, crime, harassing women."
The Muslims are projecting themselves.

Eastern Europeans in New York and Chicago are often harassed by their “swarthier” neighbors, but, unlike most palefaces, are not afraid to give it two times back.
POLLACK POWER!!
Well, they could always gang up on whitey. Except that aren't most Eastern Europeans white? Nevermind.
btt
Damn straight! Try harassing or picking a fight with any of the folks in Ridgewood (Queens) or North Trenton, and you will get what you asked for. :-)
One Asian scholar at a Bradford mosque, who did not want to be named, said: “A lot of Polish people are coming into Bradford at the moment and unfortunately we’re seeing Muslim boys breaking their windows...
More yoots ?
The Poles are completely innocent in this. I’m sure no-one on FR will be surprised to learn who the real culprits are.
Granted, those who hail from Arab states are considered Near East Asian, to label them Asian is just deflecting their true roots.
We were in GB last fall. Poles working everywhere, without the ‘asian’ attitude which really sucks. The Poles also bring Catholicism to a post-Christian UK. Things are going to get damned interesting there in the next decade.
“Asians” in this instance doesn’t mean Chinese or Koreans.
It means Muslim Pakis. “All your goods are belong to us” nonassimilating kind of South Asians.
Polish immigrants arrive and, hey come on folks, they HAVE to be a pleasure compared to the islamomuzzies.
The Poles have come to England because they want work. They want to succeed in life.
That may have been true of the first generation Pakistani immigrants, too. But their children and grandchildren are filled with resentment. They’d rather mug, riot, and collect welfare than adopt to English ways and earn a living.
And now they dream of taking over the country and subduing or killing off everyone else.
It POs me that, since Poland joined the EU, the large number of Poles that were coming to the US starting in the early 1990s has dropped off considerably. Hell, I would even take a Polish COOK over a Mexican line cook. The latter put WAY too much oregano in anything they touch.
I hope the Poles fill in the hole in Western Europe’s population decline. I’m willing to lend a... hand to any cute Polish girl that wants to increase the Roman Catholic population of Western Europe.
Just taking one for the team here folks.
Get in line...
The headline made me think that Japanese or Chinese kids were running rampant. I was shocked to think that such mild people would cause mayhem. Upon further review it is those followers of the Religion of Peace fighting again.
