The show in question is Tonight from Washington on C-Span prime. I'm going to see if there's a way I can save this clip and post it on YouTube or something. This was friggin incredible.
I knew he had issues, but this is just so far out there it's not even funny anymore. This man is truly FRIGHTENING.

Paul is good on limited government. But he's a loon on national security.
