KGO had Dr. Bill Wattenberg in the late evening hours Friday and Saturday... I agree with a lot of what he says and learn a lot from him. His voice is as comforting as my grandfather's was, and I try not to, but I fall asleep...

I love Dr. Bill’s show. He tells it straight, is incredibly patient and encouraging with his young callers and won’t back down to the leftist mafia infesting that station.
I’ve called him a few times. I followed up with an email once, with a link promised, and shortly received a very, very nice reply with an invitation to call any time. :-)

I really miss Pete Wilson. Although he was unabashedly liberal, he was also entertaining, and would acknowledge that a conservative viewpoint existed.
KGO used to have an afternoon curmudgeon that I enjoyed, but I can't remember his name. I think he moved to North Carolina.

I used to tune in once in a while. Heard him one night when he had his teenage daughter on with him. I think it was “Bring Your Daughter to Work day”.
They were talking about abortion, and the girl had already been brainwashed.
He and Ray use dirty tricks on conservative callers, yet they let moonbats prattle on unchallenged.

Ward initially took the evening drive slot that opened after former Feinstein staffer and Democratic Party fundraiser Duane Garrett committed suicide by leaping off the Golden Gate Bridge, leading to the revelation that he was trapped in a web of lies and deceit in his sports memorabilia sideline.
Ward was replaced by bi-coastal veteran talkhost Gene Burns after he couldn't muster the ratings Garrett could, and was moved to the late night slot where he could be heard when the fit hit the shan.
Ward wasn't the big dog (figuratively) at KGO, but he has been a fixture at the highest-rated radio station in the Bay Area for 28 consecutive years. That qualifies as popular.
I enjoyed Duane and called in a few times. He knew the Clintons were scum.

You're confusing KGO with KSFO. KSFO is anything but liberal, and I'm talking about Melanie Morgan and Lee Rodgers.
But I will grant you that they probably want a certain amount of comity between the two stations, since they work in the same office building and Morgan is married to Jack Swanson, the operations manager of both stations.

I grew up and spent 50+ years of my life in SoCal, don't tell me I do not know anything about San Fagsicko. I spent several weeks there in 1969, were you even born then?? It was a relatively pure city in those days, the sickness was yet to come, and your "majority" was vaprorware, as it is now............
I’m betting that he doesn’t make it through the court episode...with some type of suicide in the works. Thats the sad way to avoid the mess...but this guy really hasn’t won any special favors from anyone.
Berniw Ward was syndicated in the late 90’s by ABC on Saturday afternoons where he spewed his leftist hatred, he was replaced by Mark Davis of WBAP in Dallas/Fort Worth.
