Listened to Imus for about 5 seconds this morning before I shut it off in disgust. He sounded like a cross between the Tom Daschle Show and Larry King Live.

Precisely. I think I turned off the station after a minute or two. Imus and his entourage and the overall style of his morning production are a very poor fit for WABC Radio. I think many regular listeners will need to go elsewhere until 10 a.m. but I have no suggestions since WABC radio was all I listened to from Curtis and Kuby in the morning to Laura Ingraham at night.

I have no idea what the people who hired him were thinking.

This was okay even if it meant watching some of Imus. While on You Tube, I found several videos titled Newsbusted... decent political satire worth watching if you’re not a hyper critical techie or one of the semi literate sub teen airheads who feel compelled to post whatever insults they heard that day.
