Speaking of which, I don’t think I’ve caught anybody mentioning the debates and the Democrat plants.

Unless I missed it on FTN. I’ve been trying to read the captions (TV’s on mute, there are people sleeping in here) and type at the same time.

Giuliani on Meet the Press next week. Considering how fluid the race has gotten over the last couple weeks, the timing could make this a very risky move on his part. It also carries a considerable upside for him if he does well.

Ought to be worth watching.

When McCain’s mouth is saying, “my friend” his mind is screaming, “you stupid a—hole”!

Well, after he totally bombed in the Youtube debates he may need to turn this around.

This will either help him get back on track or kill him. If Huckabee continues to stay ahead of Romney in Iowa, and Rudy starts to tank, this race is headed into chaos.

It sounds like poor Mara has a strep infection. I’ve been there many times. Get well, Mara.

It seems like she has a coughing spell every time see appears on FNS.

Pork chops are great.

Unfortunately, pork is only available on the Black Market here---or by driving to Bahrain (4 hours). BTW, I contacted the US Embassy for an invite to their shindigs on Tuesday evenings. Now the Marines there pour a good drink and cook up all the banned goodies you need.

I hope you are right they certainly have been one of the most effective in terms of President and Vice President team working together. Even when it has been rumoured that the VP may not have agreed with the President on something he never made it public and still did his best to get the President's agenda done. He has shown what the role of the VP should be not what it has become over the years.

He is also an inspiration to those who have various health issues and has shown that through determination and also I dare say following doctors advise that one can live a full and productive life. Yet again this week showing after the cardioversion on Monday that it is possible to put in full week's work.

I love Miss Marple's comment regarding this when Shepherd Smith was inferring on FNC that maybe it was time that the VP should step down. She called him on being premature and later made the great comment that she bet that Shepherd Smith had called in sick more times over the last 7 years than Dick Cheney had.

Republican women will NOT go for Hillary....I’ll be my first born.

My mother-in-law, a Massachusetts liberal....hates Hillary. In fact, my mother-in-law says she’s going to vote for John Edwards just so you know where’s she’s coming from.

That’s anecdotal I know, but if you get enough anecdotes, you start thinking things. When I worked the Repub booth at the Delaware state fair, and hey that fair was up north where the liberals and the dead vote hang out, and NO ONE said they could stand Hillary. They were coming over from Joe Biden’s booth just so you know.

But hey, she’s got that Hollywood crowd manipulating public opinion and she’s right shrewd putting her issues in front of the public. Damn...how about how she got the confederate flag, gays in the military...all stuff the Repubs are worried silly over...NOT!

I’ll not count her out but I refuse to believe she’s going to win this thing.

Had a talk with Mike Castle...he’s a RINO...aren’t they all?

Did you know Castle was Governor of Delaware two times? Now he’s Delaware’s one and only Representative in America’s house as Delaware is one of the few states with more Senators than Reps. Castle went from Governor to being this only Rep. Delaware loves Mike Castle.

Of course I’ve now got conflicted emotions as he striked me as a man with a strong sense of public duty although at times his public duty angers me.

I didn’t have the nerve to ask him about ANWAR. Well it wasn’t the right time but oh how I’d love to have confronted him good and proper.

Wolfson throws trash at Obama seconds before the end of segment on Face the Nation. What a joke the Clinton campaign is.

Face the Nation acknowledges the surge is working, and gives credit to the troops, just before repeating Democrat mantra: no political movement means surge really isnt working. LOL
