To: Stoat; All

You are expecting a lot from Mitt fans you see here...

After all they think he is a Conservative...

It’s down hill after that...

Beautiful butterflies!

I'm glad that you like it  :-)

Please feel free to use it if you like....I'm on the prowl for a somewhat more masculine animation that might be more appropriate for an unapologetically male stoat to use   :-)

I think Fred is the only conservative that can win the nomination. As much as I like Hunter, he stands no chance. Huckabee is only 1/2 of a conservative, despite the Chuck Norris endorsement. (G)

Wouldn't a Thompson / Hunter ticket be fantastic?  Not only would they pound Hillary into the ground (metaphorically speaking of course ) but they would send a magnificent signal to the Australian and European Left that America remains on point and refines our focus while they sashay off into the Socialist wilderness.

“Abe Lincoln with a bald head.”

Lord, I hope not.

Lincoln was the initiator of the all-powerful federal gov’t. He bears most of the responsibility for destroying the original federated system of a weak federal gov’t and most of the power residing with the states.

Contrast to "can I get me a 'huntin license here?" Kerry.

Contrast to "can I get me a 'huntin license here?" Kerry.

Anybody with the ability to give even a passing glance in the direction of sanity and coherence would not only vote an emphatic "NO!" to anything that smells vaguely like Kerry, but would bitch-slap him around the block sixteen times if given a chance.

And that's what troubles me greatly....that last election was SO freakin' close, even with an obvious pair of hysterical, Socialist girlie-men like Kerry / Edwards that I am embarrassed to say that I don't have faith in the American electorate anymore.  Even if we were able to clone George Washington, Ronald Reagan, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams or any of the Founding Fathers or stellar statesmen from America's past, I don't believe that any of them would be able to get a clear, decisive win anymore.  The number of utterly raving, barking moonbats infesting our great land is so voluminous, and their ability to commit election fraud so very easily places our country in great peril regardless of how excellent a candidate we might be able to run.

Fred Thompson would be a WONDERFUL candidate and probably a fantastic President....we would be VERY hard pressed to do better.  But it seems that the excellence of the candidate is nearly irrelevant to the electoral process anymore, considering the cognitive dissonance affecting so very many people.   "sigh"

Sorry about the rant....I'll go have a cookie and a glass of milk and I'll feel better   :-)

Maybe we can catch one of those ACORN buses that takes people from poll to poll to poll to poll so they can vote all day long!
