FREEPER CANTEEN HOLIDAY SPECIAL 
It's Thanksgiving. In honor of that, let's all share some of the things you are thankful for. 
Are you thankful for family and friends? 
It's Thanksgiving....do you know where your turkey is? 
Let's try not to eat so much that we fall asleep and miss the football games. 
Then there are those shoppers out there who brave the mad rush of Black Friday.
Are you one of them? 
But, rest assured that when you've had enough and you just need to relax, the Canteen is here. 
When your feet are dragging and you're ready to drop, you can drop into the Canteen, grab something to drink, and turn up the jukebox. If you don't see anything on the jukebox that soothes you, you can make a request to one of the DJs. 
Come and let us give thanks for all that's good. And, don't forget to thank those to whom we owe so much! 
BURP! I'm done. 
Stay safe. Come back soon. Prayers for safekeeping of our military.

Dad was a WWII Commissaryman (Cook), Mom taught both of us boys how to cook, toss in all the Scout Cooking I did and still do.
BTW: I was an Army Officer.

I love that face - so expressive! Looks like we’re both gonna be thankful for our granddaughters via long distance this Thanksgiving.
That’s sorta okay...I still get all mellow looking at a picture, or just thinking of her.

WOW! Is this the first time in a long time you were able to finish a book sitting in a sunny backyard?
We had temps around 75 today. Can you believe that? And, Friday we’ll be like mid-40s! Make up your mind! LOL
We will be dining at my parents first. Then we go to Mr. Beachy’s sister & BIL’s after that.
