Police said they believe the man was killed elsewhere and then dropped off in the newly developed subdivision.Nice of someone to give the fiend a lift. Just sayin'...
So I guess it's not too much a stretch to suspect a former victim or father of a traumatized child. Then again, maybe it's an immediate "cold case"?
