I just rewatched the scene (I DVR it because of Sunday Night Football). Yup, it’s there and I missed it the first time I watched it.

Probably “the Phillipines” was the wrong target. The scriptwriters would have been smarter to say “the Caribbean” or “Central America” to get the same meaning without identifying a particular country.

Oh well, DH are all libs so if somebody wants to call them out on using a “racial slur”, who are we conservatives to come to their defense?
