(yawn) Typical Dems.
for of all those who served their country do it in different ways. Hagel has hurt the troops more than helped them. Benedict Arnold served didnt he?
Well if that trick hadn’t been used dozens of times in the past by the loony left, they might have a point. Using phony troops to advance their anti-war agenda is all too common.
Real troops, phony patriots.
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus
Damn, Mr. Murphey -
Rush was specifically referring to someone who
WASHED OUT OF BOOTCAMP
and claimed to be a Corporal and an Army Ranger.
Then he gave false testimony that supported the Democrat position.
What the hell else would he be called but a PHONEY?

Jesse Adam Macbeth, 23, pleaded guilty to charges he faked his war record.
"He was in the Army for 40 days before he was kicked out of boot camp for being unfit," said U.S. Attorney Jeffrey C. Sullivan. "He was never in Iraq."
It’s the same old story from the Dems. Who you are matters more than what you say. A veteran is granted Absolute Moral Authority as long as he is criticizing the President. But the 95% of the troops who back the President are ignored.
And, more to the point, the Left has used phony troops. The Winter Soldier fiasco that launched John F. Kerry to national prominence was full of fake soldiers making it up as they went along. In this war, Jesse MacBeth (sp?) was the darling of the Anti-War Left until it was revealed that he was a total fraud.
Wow, talk about a drive by media hit against the Maja Rushie.
Rush was referring to s specific boot camp washout who was pretending to be a colonel while spewing slanderous claims against our troops.
I'm sure he was up all last night worried about this
.
Rush has been serving his country for over 18 years, liberating many skulls full of mush from the bondage of PC, liberalism, Democrats, the welfare state, military-hating elites and all around socialists.
How long did you serve before you became a Hate America proponent?
Here in America willing to serve if asked my guess is. Where were you, Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Pa? Did you serve or were you available to serve? Do you support our military and their assignment?
This is classic Dem strategy. They all complained that Republican anger over Gen Betrayus was fabricated as a distraction from the war, the cost of the war, the length of the war, blah, blah, blah. So now they cherrypick some words from a 3 hour program and try and distract with their own feigned outrage. See, see, see Republicans are hypocrites. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I missed his term serving as President of the United States. Otherwise, to follow his thinking(or lack thereof), he doesn't have any standing to be critical of the President since he never has "served" as one.
’ “Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., said, “How dare he say that his views on Iraq formed in the comfort of his radio studio are legitimate while the views of those whose opinions were forged on the battlefield are not?’ “
THIS coming from the mouth of a Democrat? How dare Schakowsky and the libs say THEIR views on Iraq are legitimate and not those of the men in Iraq - that’s all we’ve been hearing from their filthy mouths.
No bias in that article. Did you see the phrasing of the question in that poll? LoL.
Do you agree with all the democratic candidates that saving the entire U.S. from a nuclear attack isn’t worth tapping the phone conversation of one person?
Patrick who ? LOL
Murphy was an army lawyer, not a soldier. Plus, he’s an airhead.
Troops have a right to disagree but these aspiring John Kerry’s are often not just offering their opinions but instead actively trying undermine the war effort and are making the jobs of those still in the combat zone who do not have the luxury of a air conditioned CNN green room to wait in till it is their turn to have their say much harder. What about their feelings and long term mental health? If anything Harry Reid and the Democrats don’t want to hear from the vast majority of troops that want to win this war and believe in what they are doing.
When one crosses the line from tempered personal opinions to joining the anti-war effort they are no longer soldiers and it is doubtful that they ever really were. The real soldiers know their mission and that mission is not to embrace failure. The last thing the troops on the ground need is some malcontent veteran casting doubt on what they are doing.
How many soldiers must come home to the stress of living in a nation of traitors and cowards that do not respect them? How many soldiers must commit suicide because of the stress brought on by a media that has more consideration for the feelings of terrorists than for the soldiers that put their lives on the line for them? Sure they speak of concern for the soldiers dieing but if our soldiers were deployed to some strategically insignificant place like Dafur under a liberal administration we’d be hard pressed to find statistics on the dead soldiers let alone a daily count.
They count off the dead not because they respect them but because they see the dead soldiers as patriotic fools and dupes. They do not wish to bring them home so they can be honored and showered with love and respect but so they can spit on them and stamp out every last bit of dignity not only of the soldiers but of this very nation.
We should not sit by as vapid fools redefine cowardice as bravery and sedition as patriotism. We should all take a moment to speak to others about what a good job our soldiers are doing in Iraq and how we support them. Losing is only an option for those who don’t understand what we are fighting for.
