Candidates participating
Keyes: Innocent human life must be respected. We must understand killing of innocents by jihadists, the same principle applies for the killing of innocents in the womb. Amen.
Huck... We're fighting people that will not be satisfied until every last one of us is dead. War is about will, the one that chooses to leave looses. It is about survival
Tank... I agree, this is not about terror, but Islam. It is an old war, but now they can bring it here, we must protect our boarders. We need a deterernt.
Cox... I agree... steepest test of our country, but we've been here before. Talks about Hitler. Must kill the bad guys but spread good. Iraq is about oil. We have to get the oil pumping and get the Iraqis prosperous.
Brownback.... Central battle of today and for a generation. We'll confront this as long as we did commmunism. We have to work with certain Islamic countries and confront others. World is flatter than ever before.
Ron Paul... if we go about this incorrectly we'll do more damage to ourselves than them. It's because we occupy their lands. Protect civil liberties... we're going to suffer... mentions 9/11 the constitution and the 2nd amendment and the answer is found in the constitution.
Hunter... Don't blame America First (to Ron). We live in an era of tech and we need to cut off every nation that might send tech to enemies. Mentions his boarder fence and that the way to leave Iraq is in VICTORY!
Keyes... Terrorism is no issolated but ordained in religion. We must fight against terrorism as we should fight against the killing of unborn.. rambles about respecting innocent life. (no time to spell check)
Then what would be attractive about RudyMcThomney?
None of those four are remotely Conservative, Thompson had moments of Consrvatism and Federalism, but they certainly were not pervasive moments.
aggghh.....Don’t know how much more I can take of Keye’s preaching. Just not what I’m looking for in a President.
We have 'corporately' allowed 50 million humans to be killed in the womb...we need to address this.
I have dial up well, and I’m having the same problem as Sun. I’ll see if I can download it when it is all over, but if I can’t, is there anyway you could send me a copy too? I’ll pay for the DVD and shipping charge.
Thanks for your work tonight!
Amen and Amen!
Duncan Hunter: I don’t belong to any organized religion... I’m a Baptist. LOL.
Ron Paul: I get to my God through Christ. My Christ is for peace. Our nation has drifted from that Christian principle. God is the prince of peace. I vote for peace.
He's like a prophet of the Old Testament.
“Duncan Hunter: I dont belong to any organized religion... Im a Baptist.”
Really? Oh, that’s great! He reads Will Rogers: “ I don’t belong to any organized political party, I’m a democrat!” LOL
This debate has a lot more substance.
I agree, not so many “gotcha” moments, more reasoned debate on Values issues.
Brownback is doing okay, so is Hunter and RPaul is RPaul.
the only one to point out that it is not the right of the Federal Gov't to make these laws over STATES RIGHTS.
Come on folks, the Constitution gives these rights to us in our individual rights - It's our right and our responsibility...NOT Washingtons.
Why do republicans say you want less BIG GOV'T - yet you demand that Washington usurp States Rights when it comes to your issue.
We can't cherry pick = We either want our Constitutional rights or we don't/
The United States is a Republic - not a Democracy.
The federal gov't does not, constitutionally, have the right to decide for us those things that we can decide on our STATE levels.
Fred wants to gives our rights back to us - to cut Big Gov't down to size. Anything less is Socialism.
Fred is a coward who didn’t have the guts to face social conservatives like Janet Folger.
Ron Paul turned faith into a political statement!
Then Fred should be up on the stage explaining “how” he would limit the size of Govt.
I tend to agree that the states should make the laws but I like Hunter despite my minor differences with him.
