Two Egyptian students at the University of South Florida were indicted Friday for carrying explosive materials across states lines and one of them was charged with teaching the other how to use them for violent reasons.
Ahmed Abdellatif Sherif Mohamed, 24, an engineering graduate student and teaching assistant at the Tampa-based university, faces terrorism charges for teaching and demonstrating how to use the explosives.
He and Youssef Samir Megahed, 21, an engineering student, were stopped for speeding in Goose Creek, S.C., on Aug. 4, where they have been held on state charges.
The two men were stopped with pipe bombs in their car near a Navy base in South Carolina where enemy combatants have been held. They were held on state charges while the FBI continued to investigate whether there was a terrorism link.

Technically WMD are chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive (CBRNE) elements. I guess it probably depends on the amount of explosive material they possessed and the potential target(s).
Put them in a small, windowless room and force them to watch the “Head On” commercial 24/7 until they beg to eliminate themselves.
(p) Distribution of Information Relating to Explosives, Destructive Devices, and Weapons of Mass Destruction.—This is nothing compared to the gambling information law that the State of Washington passed. It is a class C felony in the State of Washington to transmit or receive gambling information!
(1) Definitions.— In this subsection—
(A) the term “destructive device” has the same meaning as in section 921 (a)(4);
(B) the term “explosive” has the same meaning as in section 844 (j); and
(C) the term “weapon of mass destruction” has the same meaning as in section 2332a (c)(2).
(2) Prohibition.— It shall be unlawful for any person—
(A) to teach or demonstrate the making or use of an explosive, a destructive device, or a weapon of mass destruction, or to distribute by any means information pertaining to, in whole or in part, the manufacture or use of an explosive, destructive device, or weapon of mass destruction, with the intent that the teaching, demonstration, or information be used for, or in furtherance of, an activity that constitutes a Federal crime of violence; or
(B) to teach or demonstrate to any person the making or use of an explosive, a destructive device, or a weapon of mass destruction, or to distribute to any person, by any means, information pertaining to, in whole or in part, the manufacture or use of an explosive, destructive device, or weapon of mass destruction, knowing that such person intends to use the teaching, demonstration, or information for, or in furtherance of, an activity that constitutes a Federal crime of violence.

You realize another terrorist attack is at the end of the planning stages. The supposed terrorist have used christian names when entering the country legally. It’s been said...if and when this attack takes place in a city in the southeast USA...these names will be discovered and the muslim’s will say see it wasn’t islam doing this it was christians.

There was an often repeated "story" about a Marine Officer who was charged with that exactly, after one of two "uncooperative" prisoners (he believed to be Red Chinese Officers) "fell" from his chopper while hovering high over the tarmac at Da Nang....
Story is the dude bounced twice...
The remaining prisoner suddenly saw the wisdom in becoming cooperative...
Officer was reported, and spent years in Leavenworth - or so the "story" goes...

Absolutely, 110% correct. These two were headed north. They possibly had contacts along the way. God only knows where these two intended to strike. jveritas, it cannot be said too often, The islamic terrorists are living among us, please be very vigilant everyone.
Think everyone, anything suspicious should be reported.
