No jail time, at all? How many times she has to break the law?
She will be back in no time, and maybe this time with a diplomatic passport working at one of the Mexican consulate in USA. The whole thing is fishy, and happened to fast right before Bush leaves to Canada for the big wink-wink meeting. Everybody should get a big broom, some cleaning supply, and a few million of us march to DC to show them we are ready to clean house. Yes, to do the work, Americans dont want to do.

(Visit this thread 1-hour from now. In that time, an average of 416.6 more ILLEGALS will be in the US)

The leader of this so-called hunger strike in LA jails, in San Pedro, is one illegal Guatemalan named Luis Enrique Guzmán. It seems it had already been scheduled prior to her deportation, but this will indeed fan the flames. Heads up, folks.Right you are, sir. This will fan the flames. Congress was perfectly willing to disregard the American people before until the Shamnesty bill blew up in their faces. It's going to be interesting to see how they work out their betrayal of our country in the face of this new fear for them.
"Eternal Vigilance", indeed...

Hombre -
I've read your similar posts a few times before. And I think you are spot on with your observations.
I, for one, at this point condone and support revolutionaries in Mesco to turn that country around.
Mesco is a rich country resource wise as well as people wise.
Lets give them a chance to reclaim what is theirs by birth and make there country what it can be.

I’m just guessing, but perhaps a prison “strike” will be more akin to a prison “riot”...
I say if they do just pack them up and ship them back to Mexico and make them deal with it!!! (Although I wouldn’t want any rapists and killers to have the opportunity to just come back across the border, either...).
I do hope our government calls them on this (it reminds me of what McCain warned (more like threatened) during the whole Amnesty debate).
According to the U.S. government’s own definition of Terrorism — a group threatening or perpetrating violence for the purpose of influencing political officials and laws IS exactly that — terrorism (Domestic Terrorism frankly, even though they are not citizens — or is it more akin to ‘war’ being that they all are citizens of a foreign country?).
If these people do riot and expect us to change our laws based on their violent actions, then we have every right to fight back and make them leave, one way or another! Let ‘em try I say — and our officials better not wimp out either... The Americans who are living with this have just about had enough and I’m afraid what the response will be if our government pacifies these people frankly...
OK, just my $.02 on this. I’m glad they deported this woman...

Ahhh... That makes sense. I don’t think they’ll see us changing our rules just because they decide not to eat though... It’s not as if they are protesting something that is unfair, or unjust (especially seeing as these are most likely violent criminals taking up the “cause”).

"anyone giving her cover, Roman collar or not, needs to be arrested, and she needs to serve prison time."
Hear, Hear!!! It's called aiding and abetting a known fugitive/criminal is it not???

That’s so obnoxious. It reminds me of the old feminist slogan that Rush plays.
“We’re here, we’re illegal aliens, and we’re in your faaaaaaace!”
At least for the moment, I get to think of Arellano’s as, “Now you see me, now you don’t!”

A strong message has been sent to All illegals. Another strong message has been sent to the Muslims. America is here and America is ready! There was the strongest Police (Shield) support, in my area, I have seen ever on a Sunday, yesterday afternoon. There are illegals and Muslims quaking in their shoes this morning. HALELUJAH!
These people (the illegals and Muslims) are off balance this morning wondering what America is going to do next. Praise the Lord!

Immigrants that are dropping "anchor babies" from Mexico, Guatamala, Nigeria, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic should be sent home with their children. This madness has to stop.

You realize that Methodists were harboring her, don’t you?

Yesterday afternoon, along with a visible Police presence, I noticed an area frequented by illegals who gather on Sunday afternoon to play soccer, by the hundreds. There was not one illegal on that field. I went to another area, where the illegals play soccer, on Sunday afternoon, same result, No Illegals. I am one happy camper this morning. These people are networked in here. They get the message quickly. I went by another area frequented by Muslims, same result, the place was all quiet, and only one Muslim was out and about and that one was being followed and looked at by more than three separate private vehicles. Praise the Lord!
The strongest possible message has been sent!

"We are bowing to reality. You can't deport 12 to 20 million people."
We don't have to deport them all. We just have to do something, and they will get the message.

So her child deserves to be called “her brat” because of what his mother is doing??
I don’t think so.
If you were rational, you’d know that’s out of line and unfair to the child.
But you, and many others here, aren’t rational.
You just vent. At anything and everything that strikes your fancy to vent AT.
Your tagline shows the same. Islam as the enemy who brought us the lstest world war?? When we have allies in this war who are dying in greater numbers than ourselves, who are also Muslim??
I don’t think so.
But you can’t brook any truth that deviates from your irrational rants and vents. And in that, you have plenty of company here.
