oh the horror, I should post a picture of my 2 & 5 year old opening the 500 rounds of .223 ammo I received last night...

I called the photo desk in AFP's DC office. One of the women I talked to just pulled it up and she sounded embarassed.
As I started to explain that it was an unfired round, she said, "I know what an unfired round looks like, I was in the military."
I didn't have the heart to ask her, "Our side?"
I think they're going to make an issue out of this one with the folks that put it out on the wire.
