The photo credit is attributed to Wissam al-Okaili. Time to do a little bit of research to see what other "fake-but-accurate" photos have come from that (in-)credible source...
This reminds me of the photos someone posted last year of the Arab guy planting children’s toys and stuffed animals in the rubble of buildings destroyed by the Israeli military. No one in the media asked how pristine, clean toys could be found in the middle of tons of dusty rubble, and so the fake-but-accurate photos got worldwide circulation.
