I taped a segment on the O'Reilly Factor for airing tonight to defend Free Republic against charges that it is a hate site. The segment will air in the 'D block' around 8:35 p.m. EDT and rerun at 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. EDT.
Rather than tell how it went, I'll leave it for folks to watch and decide for themselves. I hope I did right by FR.
We'll be having company tonight as some of Bill O'Reilly's two million-plus viewers check out FR for themselves. So please bear that in mind as you comment tonight. The Daily Kos is waging a very nasty personal campaign of retribution against O'Reilly. No sense in us piling on. Let's use this as an opportunity to show people why FR is the best conservative site on the web.
In case you didn’t see Kristinn Taylor interviewed on O’Reilly, the video is now up on the Fox News site.
Here’s the link and then just look for Kristinn Taylor's photo, then click on that.

Update 2: The link to the Fox News site which is hosting the O'Reilly video works best with Internet Explorer.

Agreed on Imus. That was the start of the shut up America.
Did you know we are part of a hate filled, rascist, website sending care packages to the troops??? :~o gasp!! :)
First thing Kristinn is asking for good behavior, and now there's some racial thing happening?
This was especially true during the Virgina Tech shooting. Some FReepers were way ahead of the media, reporting what was going on as it was happening. While CNN was reporting two people dead, acting as if it was over, FReepers were reporting more shots fired, requests for additional ambulances and hospitals diverting rescue workers to other hospitals because they were at capacity. Some people were in my office that morning talking about the two people being shot after reading cnn.com, and I was reading FR telling them it was much worse than that and it wasn't over. They were skeptical of me because I was reading it from a discussion board, but they had never heard of FR. An hour or so later they finally read on CNN.com what I told them from FR much earlier.
When he started flapping pieces of paper around saying this was off FR (with no video showing the posts), it confirmed my suspicion. FR was the sacrifical lamb, sort of speak.

Welcome to FR,,,That shows that you have wisdom...;0)
It is a totally new building now. The original was torn up in a tornado and KFC rebuilt it after a big marketing blitz wherein they invited people to vote on the new design. Of course we all picked the original design but KFC included more floorspace and made it stronger to withstand the elements in the future.
Just email him at oreilly@foxnews.com
I read that one first. Thanks, Ron.
I seriously doubt Fox News producers planted trash on FR. From initial research by Freepers it looks like sloppy research on Fox’s part, but we’ll have to see if Fox follows through and provides the list of offending comments with source links to know for sure.
He owes the American people better reporting then this hack job he performed tonight.
the shut up of america started - for me - probably 15 years ago when all employees at the company that employed me - was required to attend ‘diversity training’
Better hurry cause I am organizing a BOR book burning and we could use it then?
Yep done the same thing. Can't edit posts here, but you can ask to make them go away.
You ARE family, Leo!
If he cant produce any proof we along with all our friends across the internet can boycott him like France.
I will stand my post.
Hopefully you educated your peers.
If Bill O’Really is so easily offended then I suggest he stay off the net. What a pansy.
I have two I can throw in the fire
