Senior U.S. intelligence officials tell ABC News new intelligence from Afghanistan suggests a small al Qaeda cell is on its way to the United States, or may already be here.
The White House has convened an urgent multi-agency meeting for Thursday afternoon to deal with the new threat.
Top intelligence and law enforcement officials have been told to assemble in the Situation Room to report on:
--what steps can be taken to minimize or counter the threat,
--and what steps are being taken to harden security for government buildings and personnel.
"It suggests they have information that the cell or cells coming this direction want to attack a government facility," Brad Garrett, a former FBI agent and ABC News consultant, said.
Law enforcement officials say the recent failed attacks in London have provided important new clues about possible tactics.
And officials say the London attackers use of the Internet left important clues that are being used to decode other e-mails that had initially been deemed unimportant but are now taking on new significance.

That is exactly how they will come through to kill people Americans just won’t kill. And the president will continue to pursue his insane open borders suicide policy. If the president were to be impeached, it would be for dereliction of duty by failing to secure the borders of the country.
I do not believe it is a question of ‘if’ but a question of when and where. After the ‘hit’ the politicians will say, “we are going to become very serious now.” but there will be none who will believe the politicians. We will then be upon the edge of the razor sliding toward the pool of alcohol. There will be a lot of yelling and screaming, only to be following by more yelling and screaming. The only way to fight a war is to fight to win. We are not doing that! Many of our enemy will have to die for America and America’s allies to win this war. Otherwise many, many, more Americans will die, and may die anyway. We are in a position to choose, yet too many of our so-called leaders have already surrendered or joined with the enemy, otherwise there would be action to secure our borders. In War there are the quick and the dead. I hope Americans and America’s allies forgo the later.

I wish i could believe that. Most of the Dems will say it’s our fault since we didn’t get out of Iraq soon enough...Honestly, the only thing that will make them take notice is a nuclear explosion in either DC or New York where a lot of liberals, women and minorities are killed.

I’ve stood on the international bridge in Nuevo Laredo and watched a group of illegals float down the Rio Grande holding there plastic bags over their heads with one hand, ruddering with the other.
They aimed for a large thick patch of cat tails along the U.S. bank. They disappeared inside the cat tails and waited for night fall (IN BROAD DAYLIGHT).
No one challenged them. An older couple was recording it beside me.
Literally at the same time, I saw a group of Mexican men standing just across the center of the bridge. It was hot and the traffic was very heavy on the bridge that day.
A car broke down on the center of the bridge, three or so jumped in behind the car and began to push it into America acting as though they were in the auto themselves.....they got caught.
It’s so easy to get into America.
What the terrorist have, when will they execute plans, where they will do it...........that’s the question.

If a Muslim lies on his citizenship application or upon taking the Oath Of Allegiance, then he is eligible for loss of citizenship, deportation, and the chance to practice "the Deen" more fully outside of the United States. Quite a few terrorists have had their citizenship revoked since 9/11.
It would be most humorous to see a Muslim making the conscientious objector argument.
