You beat me to it. Nancy was all about the culture of corruption that Republicans created in Washington. Yep, Nancy thought that good Democrats would never do anything corrupt. Only evil Republicans were part of the culture of corruption.

I’m glad to see that the approval ratings of the Democratic congress are in the tank. While Bush’s ratings continue to be very low, the Dem. congress is not exactly inspiring confidence among the people.

About time.

And I doubt General Pelosi will say a single word about it, much less ask him to step down.

IIRC the FBI found out about the cash after Hurricane Katrina when he had the National Guard put their rescue activities on hold to go get his freezer with the cash.

Took them long enough, didn’t it?

Have you ever tried to thaw out a big bundle of cash? I've tried heat lamps, microwave ovens, electric blankets, and it takes for-freaking-ever. There was this one time I had a full duffel bag of it frozen solid as a brick.....

Naw - an indictment of a Democrat is treated as a “parking ticket” by their party.

More like a "Badge of Honor."

“Will Ms. Nancy ask him to resign?”

That was my first question, too. He has already said he won’t resign. Second question is can R’s demand he resign?

Did you want them to rush into filing a case and bringing charges on an imcomplete case, so he could beat the rap? Me, I would rather them take their time, build a great case against him and hopefully other democrats and get solid convictions that will tarnish the most ethical congress in history. /sarcasm on the last.
