Like many of you I am incensed that our representatives are ignoring the will of the people. They think we are asleep because we didn't make a big enough stink. I think it's time to change tactics.

I remember Latin America, my last memories before I left were tanks in front of my house and my mother and I under house arrest because they were looking for my father. If that is what you want america to become, then, by all means do nothing.

We must stop amnesty and it’s time to get serious about and change tactics. Please help, we can do it!

Stamped Letters to Congress take forever to get there due to terrorism screenings.
They will not get there fast enough. A telephone call is most effective.

Legitimate representatives would not ignore those they represent.

Therefore, they are not legitimate representatives.

Don’t forget that Duncan Hunter is the best candidate for tackling this issue and he will get the fence built for security reasons.

very interesting post, many good points. I truly feel that our Liberties will be at risk. A socialist hell awaits us. Our Congress if full of traitors. They will be all smiles once this bill is rammed through. I pray to God Almighty to stop this insanity.

Now, hopefully I won’t get beat up to bad for saying this, but I’m at the point where I’d support a filibuster if that’s the only way to stop a terrible bill.

Great post. I agree it is now or never if we lose this battle we will almost certainly lose the war. The numbers are paramount and I also agree that the 12 million number is meaningless. Like you I think it is 30+ million and we will be overrun in less then 20 years. Just check out the demographics of our elementary schools.

“I think it’s time to change tactics.”

Absolutely. We are talking about the fate of our country AND our posterity. We must do WHATEVER it takes to prevail!
The American people are firmly behind this. We not only can do it. We must!

Great Piece!

Not perfect, but Great.

There exists an overlooked group...Slumlords...that preys on illegals. They have Money to donate, and Clout that the Media won’t research.

I’m a second generation “Amateur Landlord”. While I was in ‘Nam, my Mother bought a Duplex. When my Wife and I were ready for a larger home, We kept our First House as a Rental. Like my Mother, We want Quality, Caring & Honest tenants, we demand a Lease and do a Background Check.

Slumlords want tenants that will OVER-pay & won’t Complain to City Hall. A Slumlord will over-populate his building, under maintain it, and then Under Report his Income. He will use some of those “hidden profits” to sway Politicians.

Slumlords are a MAJOR part of our “Border Problem”!

The best way to stop this in its tracks is to elect Duncan HUnter in 2008.

Excellent article, well written, well researched. I have been saying basically the same for some time time now, but not nearly as eloquently. I have often thought until we see millions of citizens in the streets protesting or counter-protesting the May Day protests, little is going to change. That is the main reason I am supporting Hunter. As your article clearly represents, if we don’t stop this now or elect someone in ‘08 who will secure our borders; It won’t matter how fiscally responsible we are, who wins the WOT, who gives the most flowery speeches or who will cut taxes. The demographics will have changed in such a way that the “creeping socialism” will have crept, and conservatives will be on the outside, looking in. Again great article, thanks for your time and effort.

The inquisition was organized mainly to reconvert all those souls who were under islam for 700 years. The result is that many of the conquistadores who came here were a generation away from being muslims. They brought with them a world view much closer to islam than the view of a sophisticated catholic from Italy. The concepts of machismo, guerra sin cuarto, Caudillismo etc. are elements from the islamic period that remained a part of spanish culture in Latin America. There are a lot of parallels between Latin American culture in it's conservatism and what one would find in the middle east. This is something that needs to be kept in mind.

Fascinating.

I had never heard this discussed, although I had heard that many of the early settlers from Spain were Marranos/Conversos, who quickly moved to the frontier in New Mexico to secretly practice Judaism.

But back to the subject: Have Stamp:Will Write.

Everybody needs to make phone calls. NumbersUSA.com says they’re hearing from congresscritters that they aren’t getting many protest calls so they are assuming it’s OK with their constituents to go with amnesty.

SO EVERYBODY START CALLING YOUR CONGRESSCRITTERS TOMORROW AND CALL THEM OFTEN UNTIL THEY GET THE MESSAGE!!

Both my senators, Dole and Burr, are for total amnesty and open borders. But I will call and call and call...

It's game over.

One of the conditions that the 'cabal' made with the rulers of the then collapsing USSR was that we would take steps to bring this nation down to the level of oh say Portugal?

What easier way than to bring in 130 million Third world Peasants who have no education or even loyalty to this nation.

Before anyone calls tin foil hat on this ask yourself why Bush is bringing in so many people whose historic voting pattern is for tax and spend Democrats?

Ya we all got sucked in with his tax cuts and BS, but history will show the Bush clan destroyed what was once a great nation. Of course they will rationalize it as there is no more USSR, we don't need to be strong.

They also feel China will always remain a trade partner and will succumb to the benefits of capitalism where they will make more money. That's why Dubya kowtowed to China when they grabbed our P-3 Navy plane.
