WHY people are upset with us instead of just killing them all Bush style?

Unfortunately that is far from Bush's style.

I thought he did very well too. Along with Tancredo he got a text vote.
Doesn’t look like it mattered much. Apparently there are a great many people who think higher of Mitt than myself.
He’s got “the look” and smooth talk down pat. I am just trying to figure out if he is the real deal or our version of Obama...aka...an empty suit.

“You and Paul deserve each other. He sounds like a Cindy Sheehan root cause acolyte and you sound like Hillary Clinton. Ron Pauls war plans? Bend over and hope the islamonuts pass you by.”

LOL. I’m all for declaring war on Islam...instead of declaring a police action on bad terror guys. You’re the one backing the PC war—we’re tying our soldiers hands and charging them with war crimes when they’re defending our country.

There is a method, its a resolution entitled a declaration of war stating the nation we’re at war with. What we do now, which is not Constitutional, is give the President vague authority to attack those who he feels should be attacked.

This is false. There is no such language in the Constitition of the United States. Now produce the language you just paraphrased or admit that you have skated off the thin ice into the deep end.

Its supposed to work like this. Congress decides who to attack, then the President carries out Congress’ mandate. The President isn’t Commander in Chief until the military is called into ACTUAL SERVICE (Article II Section II).

Nonsense, once again you have decided to encroach on the executives war powers. The POTUS is the CIC always. You're constitutionally challenged. You really don't know what your talking about, in exigent circumstance the CIC doesn't even need a Congressional authorization.

I’m not letting Congress off the hook, I’m trying to put Congress on the hook by making it give a solid declaration or else NO WAR.

LOL, hardly. Like so many others who argue this word game, you give Congress a pass every time. Korea was a war. Vietnam was a war. Iraq is a war. Afghanistan is a war. You know how I know that? Because good men have died in all and those that return are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Be a man, don't let Congress off the hook on something as stupid as the language involved in authorizing wars where good men and women pay the ultimate price of war.

Ron Paul just hit a new low in the Republican party. Good grief.

He doesn't strike me as a Republican at all! I can't even imagine that guy as CIC. It aint happenin', no matter HOW hard the DUmmies try to skew the poll.

So you’d throw your vote away just to make a point? I thought we were the party of common sense.

I don't think that a third-party vote is wasted when the nominees of the Republican and Democrat parties are completely wrong for the country. Rudy Giuliani has shown that he's not just a pro-abortion candidate but that he's a pro-abortion extremist in his support of taxpayer funded abortion. He admitted in the last debate that he's not committed to judges who will overturn Roe versus Wade. He's said on national TV that he opposes private ownership of handguns. He's now trying to say only that he supports "reasonable" restrictions on our Second Amendment rights, but he hasn't said that his previous position is not reasonable. He tried to duck the issue tonight, but he was one of those mayors who wanted to turn his city into a sanctuary city and refused to cooperate with the INS. A police officer had stopped one of the 9-11 hijackers for a traffic violation and found that he was in the country illegally. The police officer didn't call the INS because the attitude in our country had been that we didn't care about people in the country illegally, and Rudy Giuliani was one of the people advocating that attitude. He should be out of the race because in spite of good that he's done on some issues in NYC, he's not right for the whole country. If a huge number of people vote third party, I hope that the GOP will learn not to nominate someone like Rudy Giuliani again.

Bill

People in the US don’t realize that the propaganda machine of the left totally dominates Europe..I mean TOTALLY .Not an ounce of truth or fact gets out to anyone in Europe. TAHTS why they hate us. I think Europe is turning around a bit because they all still know in the back of their minds that the USA is the only thing standing between them and death if the sh*t ever hits the fan . I remind my Euro friends of that quite often.

Romney said tonight that he supports the assault weapons ban and here is another gun rights group that says EV is correct.

Hannity didn't run his yap when his beloved Wudy was speaking. Hannity Fox News is a RNC shill these days and nothing more

There fixed that for you. Poor Carl Cameron was practically beside himself having to announce Ron Paul was even getting votes, let alone leading..And Hannity's attack (not an interview) on Rep. Paul was embarrassing for Sean

Yeah, I just can’t see Romney actually winning.

Probably it’s Rudy/McCain/? at this point, and it’s a bit of a toss up on the top 2, and the 3rd is really up in the air.
