Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

Well, that sounds nice. But I am a very private individual, so maybe it wouldn't work out all that well.
I am, however, in the process of collecting on a $2,500,000 judgment, so maybe I will have something worth swapping in the future. I hear that Scottsdale is pretty sweet. What can you tell me about it?

Well, if I ever decide to leave Texas — WHICH IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY — I’ll definitely keep that in mind. Until then, I’ll just be hanging out here. In case you ever need me.

You are indeed hospitable. If I had had an ounce of sense, I would have married a gal from Plano.....but I was young, stupid, and didn’t have an ounce of sense : )

Yeah, I’m 53, and that was 26 years ago. I don’t mind calling myself an idiot, as we have all done that a few times in our lives. I haved lived a good life, all things considered, but I really blew it on that Plano girl......Youth is a disease, and maybe the only thing that saves us from self destruction is that we grow older : )

And we're kinda tired of watching you and your ground hog day repetition of the same worn out squeal.
The man has acknowledged it was a mistake. He saw a problem that frequently leads to corruption. He worked with others to help formulate a solution. That solution failed, he admits that.
Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.
Oh, your free speech rights were violated? Right, and your butt sucks buttermilk, too.
Limited, maybe, violated, not. It was a MISTAKE. Even well intentioned people make mistakes.
Get over it.

A
more recent poll has shown that the gender gap of those who most staunchly oppose abortion isn't as large as many think. 37% of women said that abortion should be generally available, compared to 31% of men. But 23% of both men and women said that abortion should not be permitted at all.

I'm glad I checked back in because you mis-used my FReeper name. The reason that I re-posted Liberty 2004's post... back in 2005...was because of his or her definitive opinion re McCain.
YOU changed the emphasis of the original post from this --- If SATAN said to McCain that the price of being President would be that he (McCain) would set in motions events that would destroy this Country and our way of life, McCain would not hesitate for one second to take that deal. --- to the remark where Liberty2004 says he/she would be tempted to vote for Hitlery. You are spinning in the best (worst) tradition of the MSM and you omitted my comment that directly followed the re-post:
P.S. I would NEVER vote for Hillary, though. NEVER!

So, thanks for giving me some extra work to do tonight, i.e, thanks for maligning me and a whole bunch of other people. Your lame attempt at a disclaimer is worthless, once you put someone's name out there. I guess you're proud of your out-of-context "detective work" ...

Well, as it so happens, I'm 53, too. And very happily married for 25 years.
Live and learn. I just thought that if she was "the one," I have so many contacts in that general area that I might could just try to arrange a "chance" meeting between the two of you.
But then, again, people move on and you can't really recreate a moment in time. I never try to force these things, but if I can facilitate a romantic interlude, I am very willing to do so.
