Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

I'm hardly attacking the swiftboat vets you better re read my post.I'm attacking those that would knowingly provide political ammo to the dems when it's tough enough to win anyway.
Do you want to be the one from FR that is quoted at the DU or move on saying all those things that have been said about Rudy today,I know I don't.

Who would play Rudy? PeeWee Herman? Hmmm...I'm not sure if PeeWee could do a character that is so bizarre.

I was taught that to love Jesus is to love one another and to be tolerant of each other and to try to understand another's view point without being judgmental. Having a hard time practicing what you preach? Your rant doesn't sound very loving or non-judgmental to me.

Ain’t that the truth! My brother has lived in Canaa(Toronto)for 20 years. He is moving back here to Arizona because of the socialism there. T

I have learned the hard way, FRiend. I will take Liberty over being a libertine any day.
1973, you are correct: It takes only one key issue as the first tiny crack in the hull of the ship....
I pray the SCOTUS decision of the past week is the beginning of sealing that crack.

We got Bush as the nominee in 2000 because he was the “anointed one.” He was selected by the PTB (whoever the hell they are) and proclaimed frontrunner and de facto nominee by the media and all pundits before anyone else could even get out of the starting gates. He was ramrodded through over the objections from the grassroots. Kind similar to whats going on now, but its even starting earlier.

That’s been my assessment, too. Glad I’m not the only one who saw things/sees things that way.

I used to do a lot of business with some folks in Winnepeg (who had the forsight to sell their company and retire to Texas), they would vote to become part of the USA in a heartbeat.

Billdo and Shrillery were chosen as fair haired carriers of the MARXIST ball to score touchdowns for Communism/Socialism/Globalism
way before they were anointed to be co-Presidents.
I forget if it was Boxerface or some other California DIMRAT but one was commenting to a friend at a big party in CA that they were so thrilled and proud of such a couple being brought along to rise to the occasion etc.
I don’t know what leads you to be so dismissive of the idea that folks are anointed by the MSM and the Party power brokers but it’s a reality. And once done, it’s durn near impossible to overcome.
I don’t care to even try and document the evidence but quality evidence is available for those who want the truth enough to bother.

Our goal is not to have a conservative government -- ain't no such thing. It is to make government smaller. Barry Goldwater had it exactly right: I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size." And that always boils down to the fight to reduce its taxation. Excellent point! Crucial point!
