Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.

One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to “rule” over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.

All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.

FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?

Do you really expect me to do that?

Jim: Someone posted upthread that the folks at WideAwake are all bent out of shape over EV and are targeting him. I don’t have the time to find that post.

Important to remember too, that unlike the leftist scum over at (for example) DU, the WideAflakes, many (if not all) of them being former Freepers, have a better understanding of how FR operates, and are less likely to be immediately detected as blatant trolls.

There is no way to tell how many sleeper trolls/moles there are, and how many FR accounts might have been opened long ago for the express purpose of one day being used to disrupt FR while hiding behind an account that appears to have some 'age' on it. Fortunately unless there has been a concerted effort to build a posting history, even those sleeper trolls can be detected easily.

But either way, we should expect any and all sorts of disruptive tactics from the disgruntled and zotted as they continue to try and disrupt this conservative website.

When you deliberately make false accusations against another, that is a personal attack. If you have any evidence to back up your lies about me using profanity and making personal attacks against freepers, post it. Attacks against anti-freepers don’t count.

Check what I wrote. I never said that YOU used profanity or made personal attacks against FReepers. You asked what my problem was. I told you what my problem was. I NEVER said that was my problem with you - just that it was my problem.

I could care less where you post, but that place is eaten up with the liberal malcontents who’ve been banished. I won’t register and post there. I’m happy to be rid of them. I’ve fought with most of them for years.

I don’t consider them “thoughtful”, although that and “smart” are too of the labels liberals often like to use for themselves.

You use the “conservative” label to describe yourself. I hope that we will eventually find something to agree on once this is all over. No Wideawakes forum for me.

I haven't registered to post there, either. But do you honestly think FReepers in good standing, like Lando Lincoln are "anti-FReepers" or "liberal malcontents" just because they post at another website?

She gave as good as she got, sometimes giving before she got it. That's not the way I try to conduct myself. But she also was a long-time FReeper whose contributions were invaluable to this website for years. In the aggregate, her contributions will be missed by many, including me.

I used to be on the end of her wrath at times, she would keep posting to me but I would only reply with "baiting" in my response to her. It would bug the stew out of her. I saw her drive many good people away, with a swarm mentality. She especially would attack people of religious persuasion. Humility was not one of her strong points. It was very effective for a long time. I mostly just stayed out of the way when I could.

OTOH... I did see her put that swarm mentality to good use numerous times on events like the CBS fake letters. She could be sharp as a chicken after a june bug when she smelled blood. When she wrapped her attention on a subject, she could see the project through, smart as a whip gathering/compiling tidbits of information. As previous stated, humility was not her strongest point, but it also probable (IMNSHO) one of her driving point to make her research so throughly.

Like most of us, when examined close enough, there was good and bad.

In all fairness, that is just my perspective. Take it for what it cost ya.

I'm pretty sure you posted to me on this thread first, we had some back-and-forth discussion, I asked you some questions you didn't want to answer, you asked me a number of questions in response, including the general question "What is your problem?" and I gave you a general answer to that general question. I answered each question you asked separately, after posting each question separately and my response below it.
