I find it quite informative, and have tried to print out some of Captain Ed's blogs(along w/comments)as I frequently do here at FR. However, I get about half of his blog page and then 16 mostly blank pages. I am (if you can't already tell) PC illiterate.
Anyone out there that can help me with this? TIA!

Sure, go to the blog and contact him.
Most important question is: are you logged in?
The best thing to do is copy and paste what you want to print out into a word processing program and then print. That way you get what you want and not all the extra stuff on the webpage and it doesn’t confuse your printer!
Is that what I need to do? Set up an account?
The servers hard drives are just spinning backwards.
I understand the premise, but once you wrote “copy and paste” your post became Japanese.......you have talent to be able to switch languages in mid-stream like that!

Did you click on the permalink for the particular article you were trying to print first?
I love CQ...check it first thing everyday, after FR, of course.
It, along with Free Dominion, Power Line, LGF, Instapundit, Small Dead Animals, and a few others, are among my first checks, every morning.

Cut & paste is a fast workaround to formatting problems.
Instead of printing all that, click on File -> Print Preview. With print preview you can see how many pages are needed to print the article. And if the article is only say two pages, when you click File -> Print, you can select to print only pages 1 to 2 instead of printing the whole thing.
These guys are just jiving you because you’re a n00b. That is to be expected. I don’t know why the site isn’t loading properly, but I’d suggest that you try the Opera browser, available as a free download at www.opera.com, and never open Internet Explorer again. Even if that doesn’t fix your current problem it will certainly help you avoid much worse ones in the future.
Make sure your ethernet is plugged in tight, so the bits aren’t leaking out.
