Declare war on MS-13
WorldNetDaily ^ | March 20, 2007 | Joseph Farah

One of the major cop-outs in the illegal immigration debate is this: There are millions and millions of foreigners already here. It would be an overwhelming task to find and deport them all.

Let me suggest a good starting point – an all-out declaration of war on the organized criminal street gang MS-13, comprised mostly of illegal aliens and now threatening the lives and quality of life of nearly all Americans nationwide.

Just last week, for instance, the Washington Post reported three leaders of the Mara Salvatrucha participated in or planned four murders in the area during a span of two years, according to a federal prosecutor in a racketeering trial involving the terrorist gang.

ttorney James Trusty told the court MS-13 gang members abide by the ethos "rape, kill and control." He said they use guns, knives and machetes.

"This gang works together locally, nationally, even internationally," said Trusty.

MS-13 was a little-known band of miscreants from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala five years ago – hardly known to the general public. But a reign of murderous terror waged across the country has made it infamous.

You want a place to start the battle against illegal aliens? MS-13 is a priority. These are not farmworkers. These are not gardeners. These are not cheap construction workers or meatpackers. These are murderers and rapists.

I think this is and has been in progress.

Yet these guys are all good candidates to become American citizens under the Kennedy-Rove plan for amnesty.

Does America have the national will for such a mission?

America does, the politicians at every level of government doesn't.

Same rules of engagement as in Iraq? Sit on your hands and wait to be put into defensive positions? It's best not to fight too hard or the UN might have to send blue helmets into LA to monitor human rights violations.

If we're fighting a PC war in Iraq, then what kind of "war" will we be willing to fight on American soil against this group? Probably one waged with press conferences and news releases more than anything. Unless there is political gain or profit (a la the war on illegal parking here in Milwaukee), I have doubts that US politicos have the resolve to fight anything in the interest of the public good.

The problem is you can't keep out the gangmembers without keeping out the grape pickers and lawn mowers. And that just will not do. Cheap labor is a must, at any cost.

Heres how you deport up to 20 million illegals...you force them to go home on their own accord by;

Fining employers heavily for hiring illegals.

Increase penalties substantially for using forged documents.

Cut all government aid except emergency services.

Deport immediately those who cannot provide valid SS#, drivers lic, or birth certificate on every traffic stop.

Make it law, you cannot transfer money out of the country electronically without a valid drivers license

Make it law, one cannot buy a vehicle, connect water, electrical or like services without proof of U.S. citizenship.

Immediately dispatch the national guard (armed) to the border, increase aerial surveillance.

Any other amendments y'all? Make being here illegal...uncomfortable.

We don't need cheap labor (illegally).

Illegals are just that...not only do they break Federal law, they in many cases break state law, not to mention using bogus documents.

What's the penalty for you or I using a fake drivers license, or a forged SS card or birth certificate?

Isn't it like 5 years mandatory prison time for forging or even being in possession of forged governmental documents?

Is it not a CRIME to even falsify an application to gain the documents?

If they want to come here and work...they should cross back over the Rio Grande and come back legally.

A guest worker program WITHOUT a path to citizenship.

Apply, work, go home or reapply.

We don't need cheap labor, but the powers that be want it. My money's on their interests being looked after over ours.
