My Email to the Republican National Committee
Me | February 25, 2007 | Calpernia

Posted on 02/25/2007 2:07:14 PM PST by Calpernia

Hello RNC, are you listening?

I just received a call to renew my RNC membership. The solicitor assured me with my questions and concerns that RNC is moving away from supporting Log Cabin Republicans.

I felt relieved, thanked him and authorized him to transfer me to the verifier to make a donation. I tell the verifier, if what was said was true, that the RNC is moving away from supporting the Log Cabin Republicans, he can double my donation amount.

The verifier, gets mad/defensive. Asks me why would the RNC not support Log Cabin Republicans? He says they are part of the GOP and deserve our vote.

I said that was all I needed to hear and ended my the call. That is, without verifying my donation.

I will send the money directly to the Conservative candidates I support. No more RNC.

RINO = Log Cabin = Dems in the Closet.

If you want to know the true nature of the SO CALLED moderate (RINO) republicans, read the gay blogs. They are the enemy within and they are funded by George Soros Rainbow Network monies that ALSO fund the democratic Victory Funds. Since they are infiltrating as 'republicans', they now have access to our own RNC donations.

Excerpt:

The sources, who agreed to be interviewed only on condition that their identities be withheld, said Guerriero and his top lieutenant, Political Director Christopher Barron, have “aided and abetted” Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry through their media criticism of the president.

Guerriero and Barron have said they accepted invitations to appear on television news programs to promote their efforts to defeat the Federal Marriage Amendment, the proposed constitutional ban on gay marriage. Log Cabin paid for a series of television ads opposing the legislation.

Some of the critics have circulated anonymous e-mail messages claiming that Barron "worked" for Democratic vice presidential candidate John Edwards, the senator from North Carolina, before Guerriero hired him at LCR.

[Log Cabin stands by Guerriero - Washington Blade - 10-22-04]

Excerpt:

recent "non-endorsement" of President Bush based on "principle" is now also called into question. Is it possible that coordination between LCR and the Kerry-Edwards campaign intentionally engineered the "non-endorsement" as a way to suppress the votes this year of the supposed one million gay voters for Bush in 2000?

[Log Cabin GOP Political Director Unmasked As Former Edwards Campaign Operative - GayPatriot - 10-21-04]

Excerpt:

Patrick Guerriero, executive director of the Log Cabin Republicans.

"The reality is the type of outrage that is being expressed by some Republicans should be expressed at themselves. They've decided to use gay families as wedge issues across America in swing states -- that is truly outrageous," he told CNN's "American Morning."

[Log Cabin Republicans - Press Release - 10-18-04]

RNC will never get another dime from me until they REMOVE the LCR.

They prop up their Most Liberal candidates

Log Cabin Republicans campaigned AGAINST Bush in 2004.

Log Cabin (Republicans) need to account for where they got the money to fund the $1M ad campaign against President Bush in 2004 in key battleground states. This is a Federally-regulated organization (IRS and FEC rules apply!), but they have never documented where this money came from.

I've always suspected that the callers seeking political donations from an organization as large as the RNC were paid workers and not necessarily committed Republicans.

I've told a few callers that I wouldn't give the RNC a dime until the President took some very positive action on illegal immigration and they would usually reply with some scripted comment and try to move on as if they hadn't a clue on any of the issues.

Yeah...I kinda hate not living in a battleground state...
e
But then again the RNC seems to have already hitched its wagon to Rudy...It is very clear to see, and that anyone else is fodder for the primaries...

I predict another wave of Republicans that are already ready to teach us another lesson in '08...

Guess I can go back to sleep...I'll throw my primary vote to Duncan Hunter, and weight my option between holding my nose in the general election, or hold my nose for the last time...I'm not really going to enjoy any of this...Nor am I impressed at all again with the leadership...

It sounds like just about everybody who isn't 100% perfect virgin will be kicked out of the Republican Party. Terrific strategery

The RNC shouldn't be in my bedroom, or anyone else's.

There are far more urgent matters in the world to take care of. IMHO

There is a difference between being in a bedroom and being a member of the Log Cabin party. Read my post one again, if you don't understand, I will reiterate.

Kinda sounds that way, doesn't it. Beggars can't be choosers. For the time being, we are the beggars. Once we get enough control, we can always kick out the politicians who are NOT performing as promised. We should be concentrating on getting each and every Republican elected. We need a large majority before we can begin eliminating. That's just my humble opinion for what it's worth.

I'm glad you are "humble" about your opinion. So, I can be blunt and not hurt your pride. Your opinion is wrong - dead wrong.

We cannot effectively deal with those "world matters" when our "bedrooms" are polluted with perversion that is government sanctioned. The institution of hetereosexual marraige and the children properly produced and raised thereby, is the bedrock of society. Anything else is chaos and damaging to society. This is not something where compromise is acceptable. You cannot build on an infirm bedrock.

"We should be concentrating on getting each and every Republican elected."

That is sophistry and the very way dedicated Democrats think. Right now the only Republican I could, in good conscience, vote for would be Huckabee.

Last week in the mail, I had 2 letters from the RNC with their hand out for
my donation/membership dues. My response to them included some rather terse
comments regarding border security, and the imprisonment of the 2 border patrol
agents.

I ended with the old familiar, "Get Some Balls and You'll Get Some Money"

LOL, that was as good as I could get at the time.

I think the cleaning may have already started. And I for one am glad.

I am tired of Republicans who after elected turn out to be closet Socialists.

Socialism and all it entails is evil.

I don't think I can remember a time when a Party Establishment has been so completely divorced from their political base. Do the RNC NOT have any pollers? Or are they simply ignoring all factual reality in DC?

I gave up of the RNC back in 1994. They are still stupid. I give all monies direct to candidates that I support.

they understand, what many freepers do not, that the base alone cannot elect a president. not even close.

the party is being pushed into a corner. what do you do with a base that refuses to be part of a coalition that can elect a president (or in many states, governors and senators), but isn't big enough on its own to do so.

its a formula for being in the political wilderness for a generation.

Naw, we'd settle for a candidate agreeing with us half the time. Giuiani is for open borders, partial birth abortion, gay marriage, and is a gun grabber. He's no different from a lib.

That's why the media and Rino's want to foist this no-choice upon us.

No more voting for Repubs for me either. I'm only going to vote for conservatives. If no conservative is available, then I'll save my gas on voting day.
