The Public Relations Committee of the Baghdad Law and Order Forces said its operations on Monday, the fifth day of the new law enforcement scheme, had led to 103 terrorists being either killed or arrested and 128 displaced families returning home.

According to a statement, the joint forces killed two terrorists and freed a hostage at the Kadhimiyah locality, north of Baghdad.

The forces also arrested 101 others, including four ethnic Arabs, in various raids against the localities of Karakh, Mansour, Rashid Gharb, Rashid Sharq, Rasafa, Sadr City, Aadhamiya, Taji and Abu Ghureib, the statement said.

Good reason we need to increase, dramatically, our standing military. We can't and shouldn't rely on the Guard. Clinton ruined our military and if Hillary became President, she would probably get rid of it all together. Regardless of how she wants to be seen regarding our military personnel, she hates them.

Maybe the Iraqi's are finally learning how to play Cowboy's and Arabs.

O Merciful Allah, please protect our jihad from the evil Bush and his followers. We pray today toward the RATs, ahem, dhimmicrats, I mean the Democrats, for their continuing acquiesance in the killing of their fellow Americans.

Only 103 get out the hanging rope so we can practice hangings.

Actually, there's this encouraging bit of news today from Neal Boortz's website:

AN ENCOURAGING NEW POLL ABOUT IRAQ

More bad news for the Democrats: a new poll shows that Americans actually want to win the war in Iraq. On top of that, they think we can actually win. Uh-oh...this poses a major problem...how is the Left going to push its defeatist agenda now? Let's take a look at what the new poll says, shall we?

According to the poll by Investor's Business Daily, 66% of Americans say they believe a U.S. victory in Iraq is somewhat or very important. Even 53% of Democrats think so. 58% are somewhat or very hopeful that we will succeed. Not surprisingly, Republicans outweigh the Democrats in the hopeful department by almost 2 to 1. Still though, this is good news. This might help explain why The Hildabeast is riding the fence over opposing the war in Iraq.

If this truly reflects how the American public feels about the war...then things are about to backfire on the Democrats, big-time. If people want us to win over there...how are they going to feel about cutting of funding to the troops? Not very good, it would seem.

(Dusty again)
I would gather, then, that the Dems have bitten off quite a problem for themselves. Real Americans want to win in Iraq while all they want to do is cut 'n run. What a conundrum they have created for themselves.

I know it's really early in this campaign, but I think it's amazing how effective we can be when we say something and the enemy believes it's really going to happen!

I have got to wonder how much better all of this would have gone if we had spoken as one voice instead of about half our elected officials constantly sending the message that they were opposed to a strong approach.

You will never convince me that those who have so openly and vociferously opposed our President and shamelessly backed our enemies aren't responsible for the deaths and injuries of hundreds, if not thousands, of America's fighting forces.

If you had told me when I was kid, at the end of WWII, that I would live to see a day when not only dissidents but elected officials at the highest level in our land would openly oppose the commander-in-chief while our forces are under fire and in harm's way I would have never believed you.

What sad days we are living in when grown men and women who should know better feel not only safe but justified in giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

I want to know how many of our troops have died because of the democrat attack on Bush, and therefor the war in Iraq.

The terrorists prayed for a vietnam type antiwar effort over here, and they got it. It has emboldened them for quite some time, and no one can tell me that our troops haven't been killed and wounded because the democrats have been emboldening the enemy since day 1.

I hate what these people have done.

This should have been a fully united effort to win.
