Cokie Roberts: Pelosi Photo-Op 'Fun, Completely Natural'

Looks as if Nancy Pelosi has found a rooting section at ABC. As we detailed here yesterday, Charley Gibson fawned over Nancy Pelosi's baby-clutching photo-op. This morning, Cokie Roberts joined the claque. Appearing on This Week, she enthused:
"Great images, you're absolutely right. And completely natural. . . That baby knew that grandmother even though it's only a few weeks old. All those other children were completely comfortable with her. And it was, it was just, fun. It wasn't in any way stilted and awful."
View video here.
Pelosi, completely natural and comfortable? Not nearly as natural and comfortable as was Cokie -- singing the praises of a new Dem Speaker of the House.

The problem with a Presidential Candidate is that they cannot "HIDE" during an election campaign like what Pelosi and the liberal democratic leadership did in the 2006 election campaign so people will not see how lunatic liberal they are.
Hillary Clinton is too mean, too nasty, too arrogant to be President. The problem is that she cannot hide her meanness and nastiness and arrogance no matter how much she tries and no matter how much the liberal media try to cover and protect her. Forget for a moment her extreme liberalism, it is her nasty character, the meanness in her eyes, the arrogance in her extremely annoying voice that will turn the majority of voters away from her and early on in the campaign.

Oh please, RINO's have ran the Senate for 40 years.
Obviously idiot Americans like it that way, they keep voting them back in.
LOL, you will soon be reminded of the importance of Chairmanships, especially during a time of war with boots on the ground.

Tell me if I'm remembering this wrong, but isn't this the same 'reporter' who got her wrist slapped for doing a "live" report from outside the White House...except it was later discovered that she was actually inside a studio with the live shot of the White House superimposed behind her? It seems it was too cold out for Cokie and she didn't want to go outside.
So to her, "completely natural" has a wide meaning.

Who cares? First we have journalists interviewing each other, now we have journalists reporting on how much fun they're having. How about some factual information?
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Cokie just had to throw in that sexist jab: babies not knowing even their own candidate fathers; seeing their fathers for the first time at "coronation" time.
How disgusting of her.

First order of business? The right to raise our taxes by only a simple majority. Is there any specific legislation going?

Hillary! said that America needs a "mother" in the Whitehouse just a few weeks ago. IMHO, I think we need a badass mother f****** instead.

Yes and Pelosi is a MILF for him.
The US needs a Mother? This woman is so whacko, she is in a continuous dream state.
I can see men like Muqtada Al Sad'r patronizing Pelosi and Agreeing with her as he readies his Al Mahdi rape squad for " American Mothers."
Her holding that baby makes me see an infant that is unprotected.

Cookie's father was a Democrat Representative [Louisiana]. Cookie's mother was a Democrat Representative.
I guess by MSM standards this makes her impartial.

Completely natural in what regard?
Her face doesn't look natural neither does her nose... pretty much the work of good knife worked by strong, sure hands and some stitches.
She didn't look natural to me. Rather, it appeared to be very much a staged pose holding a baby so people like Charley Gibson and Cokie Roberts (who by the way looks like a Boxer dog on that pic) salivate all over the staged Pelosi pic, LOL.
I got one Pelosi pic that I think looks natural, what do you guys think?
