A few hold signs -- "Democracy yes! Caliphate no!" -- and some carry German flags.

Well, at least some Europeans get it.

A citizens' group in Berlin turned out this week for a candlelight vigil to protest plans for a new mosque in their neighborhood. It will be the first to be built in the former East Berlin, where almost no Muslims live

Build it; and they will come. - Tom

Nothing wrong with that... its just prudent planning by the wahabists for the future

No westerner would want to live in a country with a majority muslim population. How about a 40% muslim population? 30%? 20%?.......... I say if 51% is too many, then so is 1%.

Muslims are a plague. The religion of hate. The end of Western civilization. Simple as that.

Look out Europe , you are next. Liberal understanding is taking the Christian religion in Europe back to the days of the Christians being tortured in the Colosseum. If it happens whose fault is it. They tried it here last year with eh war on Christmas , and the non religious Easter and no Easter bunny and all that garbarge. Europe better wise up or instead of those church bells they will be hearing mullahs calling from roof tops.

It will be the first to be built in the [area], where almost no Muslims live...

They're building them all over the US, too, in rural areas that have no Muslims, other than perhaps a Pakistani gas station owner, at most. They are being funded by Saudi money.

This is not just a European problem. It is a way the Muslims are setting the stage for their takeover, and we are fools if we think it couldn't happen here.

I read in the paper last week that the Pelosi administration is taking this "Invasion" very seriously.

They are planning to set up specially trained units called the A.O.U. or Anti Offense Units to prevent the citizenry of this country from offending the new settlers from Islamic countries.

"If a resident or citizen is caught "Offending" our new freinds, then after their first incident they will be sent to a special A.O.T.F. (Anti Offense Training Facility)to be taught respect for our new freinds." Said Pelosi last Tuesday at a press conference held at her residence. When questioned about punishment for a second or third offence there was no response from the incomming leader of the free world.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Association

The Ahmadiyya sect of Islam was based in Pakistan until persecution by Muslims sent them packing to the UK.

From Wikipedia (For what it's worth):The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community ...is based on the Ahmadiyya movement founded in 1889 by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian (1835-1908). The original movement split into two factions soon after the death of the founder. (The Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement, Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-i-Islam is the second offshoot.)

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the founder of the Ahmadiyya movement, claimed to be the Mujaddid (reformer) of the 14th Islamic century as well as the Messiah, Mahdi and The Second Coming of Christ.[1] These claims have proven to be extremely controversial among Muslims. Mainstream Muslims believe that no prophet or messenger will come after Prophet Muhammad and that Jesus himself will descend from heaven at the End of Days to wage war against the forces of evil.[2]"

For more information on Ahmadi beliefs, go here. I would say that the Germans should be relieved that this group is in charge of this mosque because there's little love between them and the Wahhabbi's and Salafi's. If the Salafis become a Caliphate, these guys might end up on the chopping block before the rest of us.
