No, I think most could explain it, it is their PC mentality that prevents them from explaining it. Germany along with the rest of the West must drop PC in order to survive this muslim onslaught. (Dittos for the US. We are the frog in cold water that is slowly being heated to boiling and far too many of us are oblivious.)

I'll explain it:

"They want to have a minaret with a muezzin who gives the call to prayer five times a day. Can you imagine? Five times a day over our rooftops."
Erecting a mosque is the Muslim way of proclaiming ownership of an area. The area over which the mosque overlooks, out to the range of the muezzin's call, is Muslim territory, with the claim yelled out 5 times per day.
