Was this at the Oasis chow hall? That place is usually pretty crowded. I'm surprised a cvilian or two didn't take advantage of the flexibility we have and let that creep HAVE IT!!

Plus you are calmer when riled than I am. I mean you could have articulated your anger (loudly, granted) while I would have stuttered and spit a lot. LOL

But I *AM* right in the head, doggone it!

I saw the title and wasn't at all surprised that he would do such a thing. That he would still be standing and have all of his teeth after such a thing is a tribute to our high class military members.

Tongue-tied and Allegra, December 8, 2006, International Zone, Baghdad. About ten miles from where the nasty, incredibly disgusting Al Franken incident took place.

I wouldn't have been calm if I had witnessed that. I'd have gotten my Irish up pretty good. It's up now just knowing about this.

Has that idiot Franked come around your neighborhood???

He'd better not get within shouting distance of me.

I'm home on leave right now, but if he goes to the IZ, I've alerted a couple of my colleagues. We have more flexibility in expressing ourselves to people than the troops do and we're happy to step into situations like this.

Which are very rare in Iraq, thank goodness.

This was midrats, coalition cafe. Not the sports oasis at dinner or anything.

Still...I'm glad it wasn't me. Major Patience I am NOT. Not sure I could have articulated a calm question after listening to the crap they were telling him.

Sorry StarCMC, forgot your ping until now.

Sand, I meant to ping you to this right away. And thank you again for your daily positive stories you dig deep into the bowels of the internet to scrounge up.

I mean, them being so rare and difficult to find and all, the journalists specifically trained for such things can't seem to find them like you can./s

Have your Major file a formal complaint. Have him booted and banned.

WASHINGTON — The USO is promising big names this holiday season for entertaining troops serving overseas.

But they can’t say exactly where yet. Or when. Or who.

The USO has released a partial list of celebrities heading downrange this month — Henry Rollins, Al Franken, Daryl Worley and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders among them — but security concerns limit how many details can be made public.

The truely sad thing is the Urinalists don't have to dig to get the same stories I put up. They all are sent to each major print and broadcast outlet of Presstitutes, FREE from DOD. Hence, my use of ---

FR WAR NEWS!

WAR News You'll Hear Nowhere Else!

All the News the MSM refuses to use!
