PravdABDNCBS is in love with Gorbachama. His problem is that the Clinton DNC has already chosen it's candidate and Gorbachama enjoys Breathing far too much.

Pray for W and Our Troops

Oh, I'm sure the president likes reporters in general....it's just that he likes very few in particular.

I might understand the CIA listening in .. but the Secret Service???

The Secret Service White House detail may have been doing a little personal favor for the lecherous Clintoon.

By the way only two non-Moslem powers ever took Baghdad--the US and the Mongols.

&&&&

And today's Mongols are proud to be allies of the US (or should I say of the Bush Admin, since only one-half of our country is fighing this war).

Yes, there is a new movie about Bobby Kennedy..but, from what I understand, it hasn't been a blockbuster at the ticket office.

They haven't had on Mitch McConnell since his taking over the Leader spot...and now they have chosen Jane Harman, rather than Silvestre Reyes.

One thing though....Silvestre Reyes came out after his appointment as Chair of the House Intel. Committee, saying he wants more troops in Iraq, and want us to fight harder.

However, I saw a part of his Dem. response to Pres. Bush's Saturday radio address...and the part showed on Fox yesterday, had a line in it about how we need to bring the troops home as soon as possible.

I posited yesterday, that Nancy took a spiked high heel and stomped on Reyes after his remarks last week.

IOW, Reyes will start singing Nancy's tune, not the one that works.

I found them [The Economist] to be left of center using the American political spectrum as my measure.

"Personally, I'm tired of hearing about the military being "in harm's way", as if they were little children walking across the street without holding their mommies' hands. They're warriors, for goodness sake! Harm is their business."

Exactly. We lost many more thousands in WW's I and II and in Viet Nam. As for the MONEY spent...where were these burgeoning expert economists all those when we were throwing $$$$$ away to keep Saddam from annihilating the Kurds and MORE $$$$$$$$$ to Saddam and the UN elite via the blood for oil vouchers program?

Maybe Bubba had a thing for Diana...and wanted the Secret Service to keep tabs on her for him.

One flaw in their thinking here Gates serves at the pleasure of the President I do not think it is pleasure of the President that the troops are withdrawn from Iraq.

Do they really think that Gates can go off on his own sweet way or do they believe that the average American is that thick that they will think Gates has this power.

But, but....Osama Obama met with and got strokes from George Soros last week.

That couldn't make Hillary happy unless it is a forgone conclusion that Obama will be the VP.

"Of course it is nothing new was said in that speech and later on he said scale down is not withdraw"

Of course, gradually scaling down was the plan all along. "As the Iraqis stand up, we will stand down."
