Life and Death in the Culture War (O'Reilly's comments on abortion)
Foxnews ^ | 11/10/06 | Bill O'Reilly

Posted on 11/10/2006 9:56:18 AM PST by scottdeus12

You know, I've been covering the news in America for 30 years and this Kansas situation is the worst thing I've ever seen.

A doctor named George Tiller is operating a late-term abortion mill that will destroy a viable baby up until birthing for a mental health exception, which much of the time is an episode of simple depression experienced by the mother.

Wednesday night on this broadcast, a pro-life advocate told us that Tiller injects poison into the baby's heart while it is still in the womb, then removes the dead baby and cremates it. We have not been able to confirm the cremation assertion, but a letter purported to be from Tiller himself describes the injection.

This is some sick stuff folks. The Culture of Death in America is frightening.....

Sadly, Tiller's been in business for about 20 years. His main opposition has been the "evil" folks at Operation Rescue. NO ONE in the media has covered this over all these years... until now. God bless Bill.

Now even if you are pro-choice, you must see the ramifications of this barbaric display. If we as a society allow an undefined mental health exception in late term abortions, then babies can be killed for almost any reason. And in Kansas hundreds, maybe thousands, of babies have been aborted by Dr. Tiller — the price is $5,000 dollars each.

Yup, Sick! The mother had access to an amniocentesis test and plenty of time to make a decision in the late first or early second trimester ...this is exactly what it appears to be: a case of outright infanticide.

Same here. I may find fault with his style and egomaniacal ways, but when the man's right, he's RIGHT. All caps intended. This is a truly horrendous situation and I'm glad he's casting light on it.

That's okay, I'm positive the rest of the media will focus on this right after their 'Prisoner Abuse' specials.

Don't waste your time with the Republican....it was a drive by...not any attempt to further a discussion....folks like him are what make this forum teeter on the edge of entertainment rather than debate.....

"What's the matter with Kansas" indeed. Sounds like all those "moderate" Republicans who think they party has gone too far to the right were really nothing but pro abort liberals all along. They seem determined to turn KS into a blue state. Is Morrison opposed to the death penalty too? I know Gov Sebelius is, despite some of the horrific murders that have occurred in that state.

What kind of a vile, sick, twisted piece of human excrement could ever perform such a horific procedure? They are no better than a mass murderer.

And the media is complicit. If they don't know the meaning of "sins of ommission" now, they will eventually.

I want to say one other thing here..People like Michael J.FOX and any other peple that want these babies murdered for them to be able to live should really be on Gods list of people that spend the rest of their lives in Hell..If I had a disease that would make me like FOx I would stay on my meds and tell anyone that could hear me..Let the little angel live I have had a chance at life now it is their chance..I hope and pray that people read what is done to these precious little souls..

Is this the same guy whose clinic offers to hold memorial services after the "ceremony"?

I think so.

What is "pro-choice"?

If you are pro-choice, you may not say that you are for abortion, but you are condoning and endorsing abortion by default.
If you say that you have the right to choose, than you are permitting the purely elective abortion.
"Choice" means that there is no right or wrong where the killing of unborn life is concerned.
"Choice" means that one choice; life, is just as acceptable as another choice; death.

"Choice" is a form of indifference. "Choice" is the absence of concern for life.
The freedom to make any choice cannot supersede the fundamental right to live.
There is no freedom to make choices if a human life is dead or if that human life has been killed.
"Pro-choice" condones the killing and death of unborn children who have NO choice!

Every human being deserves life! If the truth hurts perhaps one might look to their conscience for the source of the pain.

"It's smart assed comments like this on this forum that lessen your credibility...not his."

Agreed.

O'Reilly spent 15 min. on Tiller the Killer last Friday, another 10 min this Wed. and this Thread is his Talking Points from last night.

How many other national news groups have EVER mentioned the facts about what Dr. Killer does to babies.

O'Reilly's doing fine work on exposing this evil; he should be thanked and supported for doing what no one else has.

This story doesn't pass the smell test....this is a cute way of him telling you he thinks he's smarter than the rest of us but notice his democratic tactic of questioning the validity of the story without offering any reasons or evidence to the contrary.........nor does his questioning offer any insight into his/her stance in the debate....just mindless tripe...more of the same can be expected......watch him prove me right.

Sometimes dealing with my children causes me depression. I guess I could pay this guy to remove them. Never mind that they are 14 and 4 years old...../sarcasm

I don't find Kansas that conservative anymore. The cities and
burbs are more liberal.
