I have never heard him speak normally then. I'll have to keep a sharp ear out for that.

That's a positive development.

I never said Lieberman was a Conservative. I said that he could very well be a Republican.
Actually, you just described have of the Republicans in the Senate.
I keep telling all of you, do not confuse Conservatism with being a Republican. Two different things.

You made it sound like this thing was a PAC for Tancredo's personal political aspirations....not in the overarching pursuit of a
cause to which he is righteously dedicated. Here is the scope and purpose statement for the PAC:
Illegal immigration is the most critical issue facing our nation today. The mission of Team America is to make this issue a significant part of the national political debate and to identify, recruit, and help elect to public office individuals who are committed to enforcing our laws and securing our borders.See, the PAC is dedicated to the pursuit of border security and supports candidates that want the same thing. They did lose some, Hayworth included. But it seems they gained more than they lost. The Hayworth case may hinge on something other than border control. In fact it may have been a reaction to the general antiBush national mood than to anything specific to Hayworth. If the replacement is lax on the issue, he may find himself out of a job in just two years.
So in this case, it makes perfect sense to have Bay involved. She's a good organizer and she is dedicated. Yes, Pat's book is hawked on the site, right below Tom's book. Good thing to show that he's not the lone voice crying from the wilderness.

Of course the Republicans need to stop the liberals from future wins. However, this can be pretty difficult to do when the conservative electorate is staying home and pouting. Don't give the Dems too much credit. I agree that they will try to "look" good for the next 2 years, but I don't think it is in their leadership's egos to carry it off. They always show their true colors.

I'm so praying that the Dems will go off the deep end on the "investigations" and the war that Lieberman threatens to pull the plug by caucusing with the Pubs and saying he's not going to run for re-election anyway.
Long shot but exc. mental exercise.

Never did understand that especially when a couple of Republican members of congress even publicly supported him I believe there was even one who attended one of his rallies.
Crazy world - in Britain if you did this the whip would be withdrawn from you and you would be expelled from your party.

Well if the Republican Party takes your advice you will never see another Republican President in your lifetime.

Very true maybe he should have run instead of Kathrine Harris as much as I admire her realistically she never stood a chance of winning and the Republican Party knew that.

Regardless of that one supports the Republican Party and one supports the Democrats when it comes to the crunch.

Agreed.
I do not particularly care for McCain but my brain tells me he is a Republican and when push comes to shove he supports the Republicans.

Well remembered I think many on this board wear rose tinted glasses with regard to Liebermann how short are their memories.
