Even I, "raging Santorum enthusiast," wasn't too into that poll circulating earlier today that had Senator Santorum him down 4, for reasons I've mentioned.

But maybe that "4" wasn't insane. I'm told by a good, albeit Republican, source that Gov. Rendell's latest internals have Santorum only 5 behind.

I'm told he had Santorum at 9 on Friday and 17 three weeks ago.

Contrary to conventional wisdom, this race is in play. The innane analysis is that turnout means everything. But it couldn't be more true in the Keystone state. Conservatives in Pennsylvania can make a big difference tomorrow — between winning and losing a leader.

Santorum is known as a strong closer. Keystone poll had the race closing fast. Casey has been invisable. I only wish the gop pundits were talking this race up because it has closed fast.

If he is only 5 behind in rendell's poll that means it is even closer.

Hopefully conservatives aren't lulled to sleep by past polls.

I think this race will be closer to 10 points than 4, I am afraid. I hope I'm wrong, but PA is in that chain of NE states that have gone more 'blue' and 'blue' the past 20 years...

Santorum is my senator and is the #1 reason my wife and I will be at the polls early tomorrow morning. Yes we would be there no matter, but we are very energized to step up and go to bat for Rick. He is one of the true conservatives and as such demands our vote. I can only hope that there are many others out there like us.

The polls have always been closer than the media has been transmitting. They're tightening now so they can claim that they were "close to right" when the actual numbers come in on election day.

Hey, even if it's only 51 Republicans in the Sen., if that 51 include Talent, Steele, and Santorum, I'll be happy.
