Chrissy also thinks the prez put the kerry bit at the end of the speech so that he would have to cover the whole thing.
Chrissy says "thats smart politics" while smiling.
Chrissy did show (ON MSNBC) pretty much the entire speech during the first half of his show.

I'm disappointed in the president. Kerry's joke was directed at him, you can tell if you read Kerry's words in their context. I hate to say it but Matthews (and Dick Armey) are correct. This is feigned outrage over something that didn't happen.
However, there's no doubt that's Kerry's attitude toward the troops. It's every leftists' attitude, that such patriotism is dumb.
But President Bush could have left it alone. He's stooping to conquer.
