House Intel Chair Suspends Staff Member

WASHINGTON -- House Intelligence Chairman Peter Hoekstra has suspended a Democratic staff member because of concerns he may have leaked a high-level intelligence assessment to The New York Times last month.

In a letter obtained by The Associated Press Thursday night, Rep. Ray LaHood, R-Ill., a committee member, said that an unidentified staffer requested the document from National Intelligence Director John Negroponte three days before the Sept. 23 story about its conclusions

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales is the worst appointment President Bush made. I have no faith in him whatsoever and haven't had since the beginning of his tenure as AG.

He's liberal, spineless, politically correct, feminized, does not enforce laws he doesn't like, plus he apparently has no ear for the undermining and betrayals of this country running rampant during his watch.

What a poor excuse for a cabinet member and chief law enforcement of the greatest nation on earth.

I attribute the rash of traitorous activities over the past years directly to the Gonzales Justice Department. Traitors and spies have little to fear from it.

It's apparent that this sorry dink, Gonzales, is allowed to have his head......while we are in danger of losing ours, thanks to him.

They get caught leaking classified information and what do they do? They leak unauthorized information from meetings.

If the answer to both is yes then he/she goes to prison.

You are very right about Harman not caring about the troops..

She has been shrieking like a harpy for months and months about all of the "bad" things that Bush has done, especially they "secret" stuff that not only has kept US safer...but has helped our CIA and military..

But, let a STAFFER get in trouble for leaking and she defends that person to the END.
