"the warning, posted Oct. 12, was part of an ongoing Internet conversation titled "New Attack on America Be Afraid." It mentioned NFL stadiums in New York, Miami, Atlanta, Seattle, Houston, Oakland and Cleveland, where games are scheduled for this weekend"
Nope, this post appears to have come several days before yours.
Sorry, nothing to worry about! 8-)

Yes, I saw that. I was glad to know that. But just to clarify, what that person wrote really sounds like a threat. I simply shared a concern I had given the recent news about an impending dirty bomb attack during Ramadan, noting that these games could be (empasisis on "could") a possible target seeing that Ramadan would be ending the next day.

We will never see the next attack coming..Doers do. Talkers talk. I learned that around age 6 or 7. Plenty of adults never learned t.

That game against the Bears was unreal. I tune in and the Cards are up 20 points, I then proceed to take care of a few errands and come back and see the Cards lose by 1. It was even more unreal in person :(

Show-off!! ;) ROFL! I'll have to practice, but I'll do it in the sandbox.

The DHS alert accomplishes several objectives:
1) Pisses off an NFL demographic that has very few pant wetters, most will consider it their patriotic duty to show up on Sunday.
2) Patriotic/pissed off NFL fans will have their eyes open for trouble {downside - DO NOT show up @ Oakland sporting a turbin, you might suffer collateral damage by Raider fans sporting halloween costumes {wait, halloween is not for 2 weeks...}}
3) Extra eyes reduces an already < 0.005% chance of a deadly event.
4) IF something happens, it is a fact that iNazis have announced their desire to do our Republic harm so barking moonbats cannot blame the DHS for ignoring the treat.
5) Fulfills the primal need the barking moonbats have to feel paranoid.......

This is what doesn't pass the smell test - Depending on the speed of the game, a game with a one o'clock kick could be over for a half hour before the four o'clock (actually 4:05 or 4:15) games even start.
Unless they want to blow up an empty stadium for some reason...
You have to remember that many people tailgate before football games, especially before the late games. Coordinated attacks at 3PM could cause stampedes at the 1PM games (which could cause much more damage than any actual attack) and deaths in the parking lots at the 4PM games.
You don't need to be actually in a stadium to blow up a dirty bomb - a nearby parking lot might be close enough to wreak havoc.
Let's hope nothing happens.

I will take my wife and kids to Tampa for the Bucs vs. Eagles game this Sunday. Several of my friends are also going to tailgate with us. I do fear... I fear for the safety of any middle Eastern male seen in the vicinity of the stadium, LOL!

Okay, let me ask one question. What IF...
What if dirty bombs were indeed exploded. Doesn't that death count seem unreasonably high?
Thoughts?
