The margin between Lamont and Lieberman is unchanged since the last Survey USA poll. The only difference is each of the two major candidates gained 2 points each and Schlesinger lost 3 points.

Knowing the degree of error in these polls I'd bet Lieberman is 20 points ahead of Lamont.

No wonder this race is not in any focus of the drive-by-media.

Wow! that $2Million dollar check Lamont just cut himself must seem like a pretty bad investment right about now.

Not good for the extreme left wing blogosphere.

Unfortunately, either way we're going to get a turkey. :(

Lieberman is a liberal but he agrees with us on 1 issue. Guess that's better than Lamont though.

Alan Schlesinger (R) 4% I find this totally disturbing.
The Republican candidate is a third party candidate at 4% falling behind an Independent candidate by 49%.

No wonder this race is not in any focus of the drive-by-media. Funny. I was just thinking the same thing. Endless reporting by the DBM on Lamont up until his 'historic' win in the primary... then silence. Guess he went down the same memory hole as Valerie Plame.

Exactly so. LIEberman is a putz!

NOW I understand why I am starting to see snippets of info on the dems running as "blue dog" democrats and being "moderate". Their far left old flame is fading fast, thanks be to God.

To: okstate
This is a very important bellwether race. If the very blue rat in Connecticut is rejecting lamont cranston's anti war, anti American, anti all that America is, bull shiite than we might see some very nice numbers next month, maybe the type I have been predicting since Sept. 2005.

I find it so funny that the democrats have placed their support behing Lamont.

I clearly remember Dodd doing that on TV.

 Too stinking funny!

It's tough being a conservative in connecticut. Sure, we get to fight the evil beast from within it's belly, but the state Repub party gives us crap to vote for, like Schlesinger & Shays. WTF!?

I grew up in Windsor... and it wasn't as bad then as it is now. It's a good example of the radical lefts new prominence in the Dhimmicrat party nationwide. They're not Democrats anymore... they're 'progressive-socialists'.
