It looks as if immigrants youths want to turn nightly rioting during the Islamic holy month of ramadan into an annual tradition. Around 8:30pm last night violence erupted again in Brussels, the capital of Europe. The riots centered on the Brussels Marollen quarter and the area near the Midi Train Station, where the international trains from London and Paris arrive. Youths threw stones at passing people and cars, windows of parked cars were smashed, bus shelters were demolished, cars were set ablaze, a youth club was arsoned and a shop was looted. Two molotov cocktails were thrown into St.Peters hospital, one of the main hospitals of central Brussels. The fire brigade was able to extinguish the fires at the hospital, but youths managed to steal the keys of the fire engine.
During the month of ramadan Muslims are required to fast during the day and are only allowed to eat after sunset. As Esther pointed out What should be noticed about the riots is that they start after sunset. Besides the fact that they start after dark, it also gives the rioters enough time to break their fast and enjoy the traditional family meal. Sunset is around 7:30pm. Tuesdays and Mondays riots began around 8:30pm.
Last night the police arrested 45 rioters. One of them will be prosecuted for assaulting the owner of a shop. Philippe Close, the chef de cabinet of the Mayor of Brussels, Freddy Thielemans, said that the authorities would continue their efforts to defuse the situation in a peaceful manner, but he announced that the police will be less complacent in future, since we cannot tolerate that this [Marollen] neighbourhood falls victim to a problem from outside the neighbourhood.
The immigrant youths claim that they are upset by the death of Fayçal Chaaban, a 25-year old criminal, in a Brussels prison last Sunday. Yesterday morning the authorities announced they would hold a meeting with the youths to hear their grievances about security in prison, but the meeting, which was due last night, could not take place because of the riots.
The authorities are especially nervous since the Belgian municipal elections are being held on Sunday October 8th. It is likely that the elections will be won by anti-immigrant, islamophobic parties. Since ramadan will not be over on October 8th and many immigrants might perceive a victory of the indigenous right (as opposed to their own far-right) as an insult, Muslim indignation over the election results in major cities may spark serious disturbances. According to a poll published today the Vlaams Belang party is set to win 38.6% of the vote in Antwerp (compared to 33,0% in the previous municipal elections six years ago).

Ramadan Rioting in Brussels, 26 September 2006
Problem is, they won't have them. ....just as no Islamic nation would ever accept Palestinians. The only way out is a forced (military) relocation.
Nice.
I guess they believe what we don't know won't hurt us.
Internment camps north of the Arctic circle....
I've spent significant time today scouring the net for any photos of the new rioting in Belgium - - - and found zero, zip, nada - - - any idea of where we can get some pics to post? Or has the EU banned photography (I'm sure it's considered offensive to muslims).
I made a cursory search this morning too.
Found NOTHING.
Got so ticked I sent an email to FNC - saying what gives.
I'm no techie but I wonder if this has something to do with it:

"European Newspapers Look To Reinvent Robots.txt
from the let's-try-this-again dept
After losing its appeal on Friday, Google relented and actually has posted the entire text of the ruling against it on the Google.be site. It does look a bit odd to see so much text on a Google homepage, though, Google put it in a tiny font and without any formatting at all, making it pretty difficult to read. It's still not at all clear what purpose this serves. Speaking of serving pretty much no purpose at all, it turns out that, in the wake of all this, a bunch of European newspapers are trying to create a new system by which they can tell Google not to index them...."
(snip)
To be fair, it does sound like these publishers are looking to put together something that goes a bit further than robots.txt, but it still looks like they're reinventing the wheel, rather than working on top of what's already there. Once again, though, this seems to all go back to the jealousy issue. This isn't about protecting content. It's about being jealous that Google has built a successful business making their content more valuable -- and they feel that the increased traffic and increased ad revenue isn't enough of a payment. It still takes quite a misunderstanding of the internet to complain when someone gives you traffic that they're not paying you enough for it. It wouldn't be unfair to then suggest that Google stop sending them traffic altogether. These publishers seem to assume they're in the power seat here, and that it's their content that makes Google valuable. That's not the case. The value in Google is its ability to make that content easier to search and find. If the publishers want to go back to the days when it was harder to find their content, that's their problem -- but it seems quite likely they'll regret it if that comes to pass."
My point stands. To compare anti-Semitism anywhere and any time with people who are fed up with Muslim radicalism and the moderate Muslims who support it or refuse to denounce it is ludicrous.
The only way out is a forced (military) relocation.
I wonder how that would work. At least for Belgium, France, the Netherlands... I don't know what their short solution is, but what they are and aren't doing isn't working.
Arrest 'em. If the resist, even a little bit, shoot 'em. If the resist en masse, bring the army with AFVs and machine guns and kill them en masse.
Note that the proudEuro's comments that compared anti-Muslim "bigotry" with anti-Semitism are now deleted and his account is probably deleted as well. Hard to check his account with no name to click.
Yep, he is banned.
A continent on a perpetual suicide mission.
One day they'll succeed.
It would appear the "adults" are no match for the 'youths'.
A Hospital!? A pack of animals preying on the weakest and most vulnerable. Are there no Men over there?
It took me one minute to find this one :
That's very interesting! As for the Koranimals rioting, they just need to kill them all. End of problem.
"...RAMADAMADINGDONG..."
LOL! Thanks!
HE WILL BE A WILD DONKEY OF A MAN; HIS HAND WILL BE AGAINST EVERYONE AND EVERYONES HAND AGAINST HIM, AND HE WILL LIVE IN HOSTILITY TOWARD ALL HIS BROTHERS-Gen 16:12 NIV. AND HAGAR BARE ABRAM A SON: AND ABRAM CALLED HIS SON'S NAME, WHICH HAGAR BARE, ISHMAEL.
