Two Kosovo Albanians rape a 5 year old girl (in Switzerland)

BERN (Associated Press) -- Switzerland remained shocked Wednesday the shortly after the publication of the rape of a five year old young girl by schoolboys of 11 and 13 years made in June in the Grison commune of Rhazuns.

"It is alarming. One forever considering that", declared the Minister for Justice, confirming that the two perpetrators were Albanians from Kosovo.

For Christophe Blocher, who expressed itself in front of the press, it is about a "frightening event" and all must be implemented to prevent other sexual abuse of this kind.

The federal Office of the migrations will examine under what conditions the two child rapists lived. It will also be necessary to examine whether sexual reasons are really at the origin of this act, continued the minister.

The business of Rhazuns was approached Wednesday by the federal Council (government) in margin of his meeting.

According to newspapers' Swiss German "Blick" and "Sudostschweiz", which made the public affair, the young girl was attracted into the neighbourhood park and then sexually mistreated by the two schoolboys. The small victim was held by the smaller boy when the 13 year old teenager violated her. The younger boy then also violated her.

All three lived in Rhazuns and knew each other. The prosecutor for minors of the canton of the Grisons, Albert Fausch, stated Tuesday that measures had been taken against the two boys, who do not attend any more the local school.

The procedure against the two boys is always in hand. For the punishable acts made by children of less than 15 years, the Swiss penal code envisages educational measurements. The authority of judgement can order the educational welfare, the family placement or the sending in a house of education. Disciplinary measurements, like the obligation with a school work or stops, are also possible.

SWITZERLAND SUPPORTS KOSOVO INDEPENDENCE - FORMIN

BRATISLAVA, November 29 (Tanjug) - Switzerland supports independence of Kosovo, Swiss Foreign Minister MIcheline Calmy-Rey said on Tuesday in Bratislava.

Switzerland and the Kosovo province have very intensive relations, as about 10 percent of the Kosovo population live in Switzerland and should there be any instability in Kosovo, Switzerland will suffer the consequences, Calmy-Rey told a joint press conference with her Slovakian counterpart Eduard Kukan, AFP reports.

Slovakia, which has just been elected a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, did not take a clear stance on this issue. Kukan only said that the most important aspect of resolving the Kosovo status issue is making certain that it should be a European solution, which must not jeopardize the fragile stability in the region.

>>>>>>>Hasn't Switzerland been a big supporter too? Didn't/don't Hashim Thaqi and KLA soldiers and funders spend a lot of time living there? Isn't Switzerland very lenient to drug traffickers and junkies? Haven't their diplomats spoken of being for an independent Kosovo/a and weren't they for the military intervention and occupation to help the militant Albanians?<<<<<

Switzerland is in a position of someone with split personality disorder. Swiss banks and investment funds launder Albanian ill gotten money and profit handsomelly from that. At the same time, Albanian imigrants presnent the problem for the Swiss authorities.

The Swiss problem is how to keep Albanian dirty money and at the same time expell Albanians from Switzerland to keep their coockoo land undisturbed.

Swiss solution? Support stealing of Kosovo on behalf of Albanian terrorists to make a terrorist parastate there, then expell Albanians from Switzerland to Kosovo while at the same time keeping the money the proceeds of laundering of Albanian criminally gotten funds.

Swiss are not that stupid as they seem.

"Switzerland and the Kosovo province have very intensive relations, as about 10 percent of the Kosovo population live in Switzerland and should there be any instability in Kosovo, Switzerland will suffer the consequences,..."

So in other words, the Swiss are so scared of their local Albanians that they hope that if they help them steal Kosovo from Serbia & give it to them, it will mean that the Albanians in Switzerland will leave & go to Kosovo.

Bleeping "brave" people the Swiss are! Chicken-bleeps!

I thought "Kosovar" was the political correct name.

"Kosovars rape a 5 year old girl"

I thought "Kosovar" was the political correct name. "Kosovars rape a 5 year old girl"

But that might get in the way of their independence movement, so they had it airbrushed out.

Looks like another attack of the 'ethnic Albanians,' Clinton's favorite boys, and, according to his administration, God's gift to humankind.

So, the punishment for the gang rape of a 5-year-old:

For the punishable acts made by children of less than 15 years, the Swiss penal code envisages educational measurements. The authority of judgement can order the educational welfare, the family placement or the sending in a house of education. Disciplinary measurements, like the obligation with a school work or stops, are also possible.

I'm speechless...

I am horrified to hear about your pain. At the very least, the boys should have been punished by isolating them in a special setting...and their parents should have been made to do some kind of restitution.

Out nation desperately needs a wake up call; otherwise we risk damnation!

I am in complete agreement. We really need to do a better job of protecting our children in this country. We should start by boycotting the electronic media (T.V., Movie Industry, advertisement) who are constantly sexualizing our youth. And for those who cry 1st Amendment, to hell with them. Get rid of the sexual exploitation of children on T.V. and out of the movie theatre's.

Two days ago, I hawe watched fashion report from france, and they are rguing about low jeans, short T-shirts and thongs should they be prohibited in schools, and one lady that works in butiqe said "We have thong models for girls age 10 (then)"

Hmmmm.... I will ad this news from East European Ping List:

BELARUSIAN PRESIDENT WANTS TO DISCIPLINE BAD PARENTS
Alyaksandr Lukashenka said at a government conference on August 30 that careless parents should fully compensate the state for the maintenance of their children, Belapan reported. "If neglectful parents cannot raise healthy descendants, drink heavily, and lead an immoral life, the state must take the children from such families and take care of them," Lukashenka said. "But such parents, if they can be called so, would be held fully responsible. They should fully compensate for the expenses on the maintenance of their children, until the last kopeck is recovered," he added. According to the Belarusian president, if such neglectful parents do not manage to earn the necessary $120 per month for the maintenance of a child, they should be forced to do so and even assigned to forced labor. "Send them [bad parents] to collective farms, to construction sites, to menial work, regardless of their profession and education. Let them work 24 hours per day, seven day per week, 360 days per year," Lukashenka told his ministers. JM

Sometimes I admire dictators...

I don't have children of my own, although I have godchildren and I have taught middle school. But for the life of me, I cannot understand why every parent in this country isn't camped out on the steps of their State capital demanding that legislators pass laws to better protect children against sexual predators -- and refuse to go home until they do! This "catch & release" program for sexual predators is absolute nonsense.

As for children who are predators-in-training -- that is a lack of parental supervision and interest. Something is going on in their own home that isn't right. It isn't TV & movies per se that is the problem -- it is a lack of supervision of what TV the children watch and what movies parents let them see. All too often, parents use TV, movies and the internet as "a babysitter" for their children.

There is far too large a generation of feral (wild) children today -- children who basically are raising themselves because their parents ignore all but their physical needs --so the kid never learns how to positively relate and have empathy for others, because everyone in the family is just "out for themselves". Many parents pay less attention to their kids than I do to my dogs!

Claiming that the insurgency in Kosovo in the 90s were just "Ethnic Albanians" was a term to avoid saying "Muslims" seeking to take over yet another country for themselves. Clinton was wrong wrong wrong to take up their cause against Serbia. Maintaining national sovereignty is not ethnic cleansing.

The number one name now for babies born in Belgium is Mohammed.

I'd be frightened to think how the U.S. Govt would control such a program. Liberals all think they have the answers to all the worlds social problems. The reality is that they are the worlds social problems.

"It isn't TV & movies per se that is the problem -- it is a lack of supervision of what TV the children watch and what movies parents let them see."

I also work in Public Education as a School Psychologist. I know of cases where it isn't only that the parents are allowing their children to watch adult level entertainment, but that they don't shield their children from their own activity. Of course, then their are those adults who use children for their own stimulatory needs.

"There is far too large a generation of feral (wild) children today -- children who basically are raising themselves because their parents ignore all but their physical needs --so the kid never learns how to positively relate and have empathy for others, because everyone in the family is just "out for themselves". Many parents pay less attention to their kids than I do to my dogs!"

A case was recently brought to my attention of a mother of a middle school boy who kicked her son out because he was "causing" problems between her and her live-in boyfriend. The boyfriend was mentally and physically abusing the boy. When he complained the mother got rid of the "problem". Some people have their heads screwed on in an awkward position.

Yes. Our Beloved Billy Jeff sure got that one wrong. Funny, the Govt participated in a Bosnian war to stop "ethnic cleansing". After the war ended they discovered approximately 12,000 people who had been killed by means of "ethnic cleansing". Saddam had at least 400,000 women, children, and men murdered from 1991 t0 2003 and the liberal loons in this country didn't even bat an eye. Even today they are upset that we went to war on a "lie" about WMD's, completely ignoring the genocidal murders during that period. Idiots.

"I also work in Public Education as a School Psychologist."

Well then, I am obviously preaching to the choir.

My education is also in Behavioral Science. Ten years ago I ran a program called "the alternative classroom" where I worked with behavioral problemed kids. I got the detetions and suspensions, as well as kids with longer term behavioral problems. At the time, ADD & ADHD had become the new buzz words and most of my kids were on ritalin. Unfortunately, pediatricians were prescribing them like candy and upping the dosages when the meds didn't work as well. As I am sure you know, middle school is the beginning of puberty and ritalin has an opposite effect on an adult. So many of these kids who should have never been on ritalin in the first place because their problems were emotional & environmental and not ADHD anyway, were en masse turning into little speed demons as they were hitting puberty. Trying to get these parents to take their kids to a specialist in ADD & ADHD to be properly diagnosed & medicated was like pulling teeth. Most of the parents seemed to literally just want that "magic pill" to make the kid behave so that they didn't have to work so hard at parenting. I never had a problem I couldn't handle with the kids, but it was the parents that drove me right up the walls!
