One year after Katrina and we can't figure out how to get money to people who lost their homes in New Orleans, we're still not sure if it can survive another hurricane but a terrorist group has figured out how to get American money to the homeless in Lebanon?
Talk about threats to national security – how about government so big, so complicated and so unmanageable, it can't get out of its own way?
That's what scares me.

The terrorist did hand out little bits of money on dry land under safe conditions because only terrorist have all the weapons. The terrorist didn't have to go through hundreds of miles of floods to get to people.
The rescuers of Katrina had to deal a society of "dependents" expecting government to come save them with the speed of a Biblical Rapture despite being told to leave well before the storm hit. Rescuers were often being shot at while in deep moving flood waters without local areas to land or take off from.
How Schieffer has the arrogance to try and legitimize terrorist in wartime is beyond me. I consider his comments in backing terror to be a threat to national security, treasonous and sickening.
