Skip to comments.Big Government - Recovery From Katrina Shows That It can't Get Out Of It's Own Way

Allen Pizzey reported that Hezbollah agents are on the streets of Southern Lebanon handing out U.S. dollars to people whose homes were bombed out.
One year after Katrina and we can't figure out how to get money to people who lost their homes in New Orleans, we're still not sure if it can survive another hurricane but a terrorist group has figured out how to get American money to the homeless in Lebanon?
Talk about threats to national security how about government so big, so complicated and so unmanageable, it can't get out of its own way?
That's what scares me.

The terrorist did hand out little bits of money on dry land under safe conditions because only terrorist have all the weapons. The terrorist didn't have to go through hundreds of miles of floods to get to people.
The rescuers of Katrina had to deal a society of "dependents" expecting government to come save them with the speed of a Biblical Rapture despite being told to leave well before the storm hit. Rescuers were often being shot at while in deep moving flood waters without local areas to land or take off from.
How Schieffer has the arrogance to try and legitimize terrorist in wartime is beyond me. I consider his comments in backing terror to be a threat to national security, treasonous and sickening.
It's Bob who is scary here IMO.
Isn't there a large suspicion that those $100 bills they are handing out are counterfeit?
No more counterfeit than CBS News "reporting."
Or where would they spend the money? All the local stores were caused to be bombed by the terrorist....
The money is obviously from Iran, you don't see Bob even bothering to wonder where the terrorist would get any money from...
It's easy when you orchestrate the whole thing. The President doean't have a weather machine, regardless of what the DUnatics think.
Hezb*ll*cks, OTOH, had the whole thing figured out from the start, from the kidnapping, playing the Libs and bleeding hearts like a fiddle, to "rebuilding" Lebanon (ie token gesture of help to civs, reload and rearm).
You are correct. Schieffer gives me the creaps with his sissy delivery style and the incredible gaul he has to make some of his statements. I think I would Rather have his predecessor...if I had to have either.
Please see my most recent statement on running for Congress, here.
Psst.......Bob....it's propaganda, you idiot. A "journalist" should be smart enough to differentiate.
How's the news story on who invented the fake documents going........hmmmmm?
That's what I thought
I believe we gave money away weeks after Katrina to people who lost their homes in New Orleans. Did the terrorists completely rebuild all of Lebanon yet? Bob - you really ought to get prepared before embarrassing yourself like this with this obvious propaganda.
What a totally ignorant buffoon he is. If handing out a few thousand dollars was the end of it, Katrina ended when they handed out the debit cards. You know, the ones being used at strip clubs and to purchase Gucci bags.
Maybe the moron will take a trip to Lebanon next year and see what actually been rebuilt.
If these 3rd world hell holes are so good at disasters, why are they always looking to the US for help and funds?
What a totally shallow, unsophisticated, idiot this guy is. This is what happens when you never have to actually get something real done your whole life.
Bob acted like he thought he was really on to something here.
He came off as totally retarded IMO.
Allen Pizzey reported that Hezbollah agents are on the streets of Southern Lebanon handing out U.S. dollars to people ...Useful dupe handing out Hezbo propaganda; no surprise or inquisitiveness about the US bills being handed out, no verfification they are even authentic let alone where un-rumpled stacks of new-series US 100 hundred bills came from ...
Well, whattya know. Our little Bobby is growing up. To be a Conservative if he keeps this up.
