We all seem to have a dislike for this creeps. It is about time I started calling their offices again to tell them how much they smell up a room.
So true, and one of the agenda items today is to control the Administration's approach to Iran...no military action, no mean talk, what is needed is a one on one "nuanced" diplomacy.
No Juan to slap down today, so Brit makes fun of the French. I just love Britt -- he is the absolute best.
That was my first thought and I'm guessing his practicing is accompanied by major anxiety if not outright panic. Smell the fear.
Im going to start the rumor that Dim Russert is either at a Fat Form or the Betty Ford clinic....he has been so over the top lately that clearly something is wrong with him. He needs help, I hope he is getting it! :-)
Right, the last 3 FNS were full of bore.
#67, great observation and commentary..
###### Mommy dearest! - FNC's Catherine Herridge.
###### Fox helps terror tracking! - Fox News priest tricked us into talking, says mosque's imam. Representatives of an east London mosque used by several of the terror suspects reacted angrily yesterday to what they called a "sick stunt" by Rupert Murdoch's Fox News channel.
###### FNC's ShepHez Smith want to show flag draped coffins & soldiers' funerals on the media. In a, Broadcasting & Cable interview, he also want to show more blood & dead in Iraq. [He admits that he was pulled back from Israel earlier.]
###### 'Panic' at New York Times - It's just aged out of the economic mainstream. The new Times reader is well, it's not exactly clear who the new reader is..
###### Throwing stones from... glasshouse - On Today show, anchor Ann Curry was all over senator George Allen for his off-the-cuff remarks accusing him of "arrogant" & "insensitive" among other things. Well, her upper West Side neighbors are Suing Ann Curry and her husband, seeking $915,000 in damages for something much more.
###### NYTimes finally realizes that it 's printing fiction, not news. So, they decided to make some money out of it & hired an agency to sell stories published in the paper for film and television projects.
###### 85 Hollywood stars are waking up! - Will the MSM ever?.
###### The print version of Ms. Magazine is dead, but it's web version lives - urges its readers to declare & sign the petition "I had an abortion" The Almost-Aborted speaks.
######. CNN President Jonathan Klein says - Fox will remain No. 1 for as long as George W. Bush stays at the White House. That's how strong a base Fox has built among supporters of the president. CNN most likely won't make any dramatic strides until the U.S. acts to have a Democrat living in the White House.
###### Citigroup axes millions in advertising spending about $120 million, across a host of media, including cable TV, & magazines.
###### Tribune Co. July Revenue Dips on Lower Publishing and Advertising Income.
I can't believe world leaders are still relying on the UN, especially where Iran is concerned.
How stupid are they?
We are going to have to find another word for "cover" because that is not what they are doing, not in the ordinary sense of the word. They are there to bolster her position and return the Clinton co-presidency to the WH and they will do everyting they can to achieve that result.
"NYT assigned 8 reporters just for Hillary."
Oh good grief!! What I don't get is why any NYer would vote for her for senate when she'll be "gone" as she runs for prez as soon as she's re-elected!!
Yup. They may not like it but PR is a big part of the game.
Oh lordy, MTP next week is having Ray Nagin for the first anniversary of Katrina (which only touched New Orleans apparently).
I'm sure he'll be given the third degree. /s
Brilliant analysis of McCain and what his leadership,if you can call it that, would be like.
Just imagine a leader who is for and issue on Monday and against by Friday,!He would be an msm dream but a disaster for leadership of a country. That does describe McCain to a tee.
Maybe he is on his annual vacation
It's infuriating. No updates on Mississippi or the other Gulf states. I guess there's no room for success and inspiration in today's world of politics.
Say it how it is Samantha :o)
