My girlfriend's nephew, Justin, 15, was severely injured in a fall from over 30ft Saturday night in Ennis TX, near Dallas.
I'm trying to find out more details, but I know he is in Dallas Parkland Hospital in ICU with substantial head trauma and other serious injuries.
He is on a respirator and not conscious yet, but he has shown some leg and hand movement so he didn't suffer any serious spinal injuries.
He also had a ruptured spleen; doctor's had to operate yesterday to stop the hemorrhaging, but the good thing is he won't lose it.
Any prayers or moral support here would be greatly appreciated, things are very touch and go right now I so hope he pulls through this and can make a complete recovery, though it may be long and difficult.
I'm going to be out on the road all day today, so I won't be able to check back until later this afternoon/ evening. I hope to get an update from her on his condition, and more details as to what happened.

Thank you so much for any prayers, for him, his mom and the skilled doctors and nurses who are treating him right now.
I haven't posted a thread in years, so I hope I did eveything okay.
Please feel free to add some pings or such. I just wanted to make sure I got this posted before I have to leave for the day.. WC

May God hold this teenager in his arms, and heal his body. May He who knows the sorrow of a parent, keep this mother strong, and prevent her from losing her son. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Unto You, O Lord, we return with thanksgiving that You have spared Justin's life ... may it be, Merciful Father, that he will not only continue to improve, but will do so unto complete restoration of health. Thank You that You ever stand watch over Your children ... that You never leave nor forsake us, and that in Your hand is our very life and breath.
Take from Justin's family and loved ones all feelings of anxiety and replace them with faith and trust. Grant the greatest wisdom to his medical team that they would be used of You as instruments of Your healing. Great is Your faithfulness, O God ... great is Your love and mercy. May all who look upon Justin know that Your healing hand rests mightily upon him.
May it be thus, O Lord, may it be thus, in the Mighty Name of Jesus we pray, Amen ...
